Absolute bullshit. Got some initial funds from a promo code, want to withdraw some to confirm legit nature of site. Unable to do so without first depositing 200 dollars-clear sign of a scam. 0 chance I will deposit any money before I can confirm I can withdraw easily. Illegal business practice as well, going against the online gambling code of the nation they are based in.
