I wanted to leave a review. I found sleepband during 2019, I ordered it (I’m in Australia). It did take a long time to get here but boy was it worth the wait. I team it with the calm app and use it to go to sleep. I confess I’m addicted. Unfortunately after 2 years my band stopped working. I emailed the support team. They got back to me within a week. I had by then ordered another one cause I love it soo much. They sent me another email saying we see you’ve ordered another one. They then gave me a discount which came through to my bank within a week. They didn’t have to do this. I’m happy, just waiting for the next one to turn up.

It's been a week and no tracking # and no response from them. Emailed twice, nothing but spam back. I cannot find a phone # to call.
I just sent an email to cancel the order and not to charge my CC. I will now call my CC.
Their website looked great and I was hoping not to have to always go through Amazon. My attempt failed.

This sleepband company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I placed an order in November 10th for Christmas presents. Up to this day January 7th. I have not received my order. I’ve tried sending several emails, only to get an automated response. Their 866 number never gets through. Always busy. I went to their Facebook page. Left a message. Nothing. Don’t waste your time and money. And now seeing the reviews of such a cheap product. I am going to have to deal with my credit card company to be reimbursed.

I ordered a sleepband on November 18, and I’ve received many spam emails in the following days. Now, more than a month later, I still haven’t received my order, and the costumer service isn’t replying to the two emails I sent in the last week. This is beyond frustrating!

Charging terminal on band is not made well and mine busted within five months of use, I loved the product but spending 50$ on what only lasted several months sux.

I ordered these headphones on the 14th,10 business days ago. Since then I’ve gotten multiple daily spam emails from them, yet my order hasn’t even been shipped. I’ve now written THREE emails that nobody has bothered to respond to asking for an update on shipping and their website doesn’t even allow you to cancel. This is CLEARLY FRAUD! You took money for something I’ll never receive. Reporting this to my bank and the BBB.

I ordered a sleep band pro and they falsely promised 3 day delivery!

1. these thugs delivered this in 10 days
2. I just got a normal useless non electronic sleep band not worth more than 100rs and I paid 1700!!

They just thugs! Refund the money in 1 day or I’ll file a case in consumer forum, same time tomorrow!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered two sleepbands over 3 weeks ago. First I did not receive a confirmation email. I have then sent them a Facebook message and 2 emails following up and heard nothing back from them. Daylight robbery. I will be submitting a formal claim to my Credit Card company but for future customers...STAY AWAY. DON'T BOTHER. They are robbing people and trying to get away with it. Do not fall victim to this scam!

This was never delivered.

I paid for "Next day delivery" and I haven't received this product. This is a scam. In my opinion.

My card was charged for 2 sleep bands that I purchased a few weeks ago. I never received a confirmation email. I reached out to customer support by email and haven’t gotten a response. After looking through the rest of these reviews I can see this is a pattern. I checked to make sure I orders from the correct website, so I’m not sure what is going on. I was really looking forward to using this product, so hopefully it will be resolved.

I order twice in one day, one order reached and the other for some reason got stuck somewhere and couldn't be delivered, customer support was outstanding, they checked what was the issue and acted promptly to resolve the issue... even though my second order reached late, their excellent customer service and the fact that it was not their fault and yet they acted promptly to keep their customer happy was highly appreciated... good product, my brother stared to use it as a headset during the day :D not just for sleeping time

I ordered the item on 22 Oct and I still haven't got my order. I contacted them on instagram and through email and they haven't responded for 2 weeks.

After writing this review, I was contacted by customer support and my complaint was attended to. I received the item and a discount! They corrected the mistake. They communicated in a friendly manner and the issue was resolved. They behave like an honorable company. I like the product. I can only recommend Sleepband!

With further follow up I have rectified my problems with sleepband.
Ashley in particular was very helpful with this process and I thank her for this.

I had previously written bad reviews as was struggling to receive contact from sleepband but in the last week Ashley who works for the company has gone above and beyond to find my product which in turn was a courier issue here in Australia delivering to wrong address and with the help from Ashley giving me all that information we were able to find out from the courier what had happened. In the end Ashley gave incredible customer support and I’m very appreciative of her hard work to help me out. Excellent customer service

My husband bought this for my birthday and we made sure it was from sleepband.com. We never received the product and when we go back to the order confirmation and look up the order number it says there is no order even though our credit card has been charged. We contacted support last week but we have not heard anything. :(((( I was so excited for this as I am such a light sleeper and we have six kids so I need something to shut out the noise. We don't have a ton of money so I can't just go and get another one! Really upset :(

I placed an order last week. I attempted to contact them just to get an order confirmation and possibly tracking information have emailed multiple times. First time nothing, second time some sort of automated email responder. very poor ustomer service I hold low hopes of even getting the product

I wrote a review earlier where I was more enthusiastic. Product is still sufficient but the battery life is honestly disappointing. I received a replacement because my first band lasted only about 1.5 nights, sadly I have the same issue with the new one. A full charge again lasts about 1.5 nights. I sleep about 8-9 hours a night and then i turn the band off, so you'd think it would last longer. Sadly, in the second night I'll be woken up between 6-7AM with a (in my opinion, annoying) voice saying "batter low, please charge". So that's fun.

In short, I like the product apart from some small things that could use some adjustment, therefore I do recomment it but you'll have to charge it every day if you don't want to be woken up. Or perhaps if you sleep fewer hours than I do haha.

Ordered a sleepband pro, my shipment got marked as delivered and I never received it. Contacted support and they proved to not have any intention of remedying the situation. Complete scam as far as I'm aware. Buy a product from a legitimate retailer.

Unfortunately, I had to return my sleep band. It was too large for my head. But I am giving this a 5 star review because their customer service is EXCELLENT. I am so impressed. They issued me a full refund and reimbursed me for the cost to mail my sleep band back to them. I received an email from an actual person (not just an auto-generated email) and she helped me with the entire return process. I can't review the product since the band did not fit, but if you are thinking about ordering a sleep band, give it a try. You have nothing to lose!

Worst experience ever. Do not trust this site for sleep band. I was charged for sleepband pro with bluetooth and i recieved a local cheap eyeband. There is no customer care service or any button where you can apply for return / refund.
