Hi Sam, thank you for your honest review. We really appreciate you giving us a chance despite your initial concerns, and we’re glad your package arrived safely in the end.

We also appreciate the honesty in your feedback, because it reminds us how important trust and communication are before an order even lands. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity, and we hope to look after you again in future.

Hi Mason, thank you so much for your continued support. It means a lot to us when long-term customers recognise both the quality of the work and the care we put into checking everything is right before it goes out.

Your words about quality, value, and efficiency are hugely appreciated. Thanks again for backing us.

Hi, we’re sorry to read this and we take feedback like this very seriously. We are concerned by what you’ve described, and also somewhat confused, as we would want to fully investigate any claim of non-delivery or loss of communication.

Unfortunately, we cannot verify the order from the details in this review alone. Please email callum@slapsta.com
with your order information so our team can urgently investigate and work towards a resolution. If there has been any unresolved issue, we would very much like the opportunity to address it properly.

I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I understand your frustration regarding the delay and communication issues. It appears at first there was some delay regarding the WhatsApp number on the order.

I want to address this situation immediately. To start, have refunded the project in full, and also sent across the graphics which you signed off - you can keep these.

This review came as a suprise - as to both the logo, and bag design we sent, you said it was okay and you are happy with them. We can revise or start again at any time.

I have called you personally and explained another 2 designers, and also a illustrator who are ready to take on this project, should you not like the first one. They will do this for free for you. Please get in contact if you would like us to do this.

Thank you for your patience, and I appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please feel free to reach out directly to me on +447376640881 so we can discuss this further.

I value my customers and strive to provide timely and effective service, and it’s disappointing to learn that I fell short in your case.
