I have purchased several Chargeasap starting with their Omega 200w charger which I bought via a kickstarter pledge in 2020. They started out strong with the Omega and have continued to improve their products even further by refining the design, introducing even higher power chargers (Zeus) and building innovative new products based on real user needs (upcoming Miko 30w charger with integrated cable).

Little details like selling an adapter that allows users to plug in a kettle lead solving the international wall socket design problem innovatively and inexpensively. I wish they included it with their larger chargers instead of having people search for it and order it later.

Great products as a result of thoughtful design. Recommend!

Chargeasap Warranty & Replacement Service Unreliable!!!
I bought a GaN travel pro adapter which started to make a really loud buzzing noise like there was a short.
This was last year 2025 November, I contacted chargeasap, they did the usual triage and promised a replacement, it’s been 8 months since then with dozens of emails sent, i still do not have my replacement, they even got me to buy more stuff so they could ship the replacement with it, I have had not so much as a response or acknowledgment since March 2026c I have raised fresh tickets with no response. The service used to be really great, unfortunately this is far below standard!

I received answers to my questions and follow ups to my entended issue. Alternate solutions were provided that ultimately made me happy to continue to purchase new products that the company made.

Over the past few years, Chargeasap has released a number of interesting products for people who need a flexible way to charge multiple large and small devices. I purchased their products at an early stage, and for the most part, they have worked very well. Whenever an issue has arisen, it has been handled in a reasonable and satisfactory manner. Chargeasap is a supplier you can trust.

Broken Promise. $400 in Defective Products. Three Months of Runaround.
I have been a loyal Chargeasap customer and purchased two Zeus 280W chargers. One failed during a cruise — stranded in the middle of the ocean with a $220 device held together by tiny plastic screws and glue. Chargeasap's own representative admitted this was a known manufacturing defect affecting an entire production batch.
Their customer service rep Lizelle made an explicit written promise: "We would be happy to arrange replacement units for you at no cost." I accepted. We agreed on terms. Then nothing happened.
Over the next three months I followed up repeatedly. The responses cycled through: "we're reviewing it," "we're discussing with management," "please don't send more messages or your ticket moves to the back of the queue." That last one is a particularly cynical tactic.
Their final resolution after three months? A 40% discount code on a future purchase. From a company that just left me holding $400 in defective hardware after breaking a written promise.
Vinny and Gabby's About page states: "At Chargeasap, we don't just build chargers — we build trust." I'd suggest they start with honoring written commitments to loyal customers before putting that on their website.
Read the Trustpilot reviews carefully before purchasing. The pattern of promised replacements that never materialize is well documented here by multiple customers. I wish I had.

Prompt courteous handling of the request, was kept informed at all steps.

I had, what I thought to be, an issue with my device. The customer service was fast, proactive and really quick to respond. The device works great, lives up to the hype and I already have a few other items in mind from these guys. If you are a cable and charging-pack nerd, YOU ARE GONNA LOVE CHARGEASAP!

ChargeASAP creates innovative products and takes customer satisfaction seriously. They are conscientious in their claims process, and even if they occasionally take a moment longer, they are dedicated to providing good products and address every claim personally.

Overall would not purchase another item from chargeasap. I was unlucky that my unit was delayed by Covid, but received with reasonable updates during that period.

My issue is the 200W Omega USB-C GaN Charger failed at roughly 4 years of usage which is disappointing given that our Anker or apple oem charges still work 7 years on. This is my reason for the low review. Failing units at 4 years is unacceptable and this is echoed in other reviews above. I don’t travel a lot (5 international trips per year) and the primary use of the charger was home use for charging iPads and laptops for home use.

Late shipping issue with order was promptly remedied. Attention to my request was greatly appreciated.

This is FRAUD! They say orders will be shipped within 4 days. Still no shipment after two weeks. They never reply emails or questions on their "live" chat. Thanks to paypal, I got my money back.

Their customer service is great. They're very thorough and will try earnestly to help you as best they can. Many times I contacted customer service about my items' shipping or arrival times and they responded with accuracy and patience. They even created a coupon just for me after I missed a deadline. I highly recommend their products, as they are both innovative and highly useful. Overall, the value you get for your money is good, if you're interested in quality products that will last, and not another cheap throwaway product.

I bought 2 products (wall charger and power bank) from charge asap and I had issues with one of them.
They always answered my questions and resolved my problem.
I got both products as expected.
I'd be happy to participate on any future Kickstart campaign if I get interested by their product.

I recently had a terrific customer experience with the good folks at ChargeASAP resolving a symptom with my Flash Pro Ultra. Although be were in different time zones, they responded promptly, and initially recommended trouble shooting steps, then forwarded my results to the technical engineering team and ultimately replaced my Flash Pro Ultra. Friendly, efficient, timely and am thrilled with the operation of my Charge ASAP Flash Pro Ultra.

I am also extremely satisfied with their Model 280w Zeus USB-C charger. The Flash Pro Ultra and the Zeus USB-C charger work well together.

Please keep up the terrific customer support and producing excellent products.
