Our experience with Skyscanner was great but Booking.com was hopeless. Booking hotels was always worked really well but flights are dreadful. Please don't use them for your flights.

Alerts ensure best prices

I use Skyscanner when research my trips. I set alerts & monitored & booked when the prices dropped. I checked with the Airline Website & others to compare. Skyscanner delivers every time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your confirmation email from the travel provider following a search on Skyscanner.

As a travel search engine, Skyscanner helps you find the best travel options - but we do not take bookings or payments. Once you have found what you are looking for, you are redirected to the airline's or travel agent's site, where you make your booking directly with the travel provider of your choice. Unfortunately, we do not have any visibility on the booking you made with the travel provider.

I understand from your message that you did not receive your travel itinerary from the travel provider, and we'd like to try to help and find out what has happened.

Excellent Messaging App

Being able to update name spelling mistakes in the messaging app, very polite, very helpful. And followed through with an email once everything was in order. I was expecting drama and difficulty, that didn't happen
