Our experience with Skyscanner was great but Booking.com was hopeless. Booking hotels was always worked really well but flights are dreadful. Please don't use them for your flights.

Annoying Review pop ups

i booked an electric vehicle from the skyscanner on 15th of july 2026 and it was Jacoo J7, I picked up vehicle and used 1 day and returned next day, and after two days i recived 125 dollars bill that hey did direct debit from my credit card which was Evolve Rentals Melbourne Airport when i checked with them they said they recieved booking for standard SUV and they did not recieve electric vehicle request when i am sure i chosen Electric specificly. use more 400 kms fuel cant be even 125 dollars but they have the policy.

Once you've selected the option you want on Skyscanner, you're redirected to the travel provider's website, where you complete your booking. For that reason, your travel provider is best placed to help with any booking-related queries.
Although we can't access your booking from our side, we're still happy to look into this. If you could get in touch with us via the link below and let us know the name of the company you booked with, we can investigate further. This is likely to be different from the rental supplier, Evolve Rentals, and you can usually find the booking provider's name in your booking confirmation or on your bank statement.

Prices change at checkout
You find a great flight deal, click through to book it, and the price suddenly jumps up. It's a huge waste of time clicking through all these phantom deals.
