Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your booking.

As a travel search website, Skyscanner helps you find the best travel options. Once you have found what you're looking for, you are redirected to the airline or travel agent's site, where you make your booking directly. Since bookings aren’t made with us, we’re unable to access or manage them. We trust our travel partners to provide reliable support on their platforms, so it’s disappointing to hear this wasn’t the case for you.

We aim to provide people with the largest possible coverage of flights and the widest choice of travel providers. However, we don't control or set prices, we just display them on behalf of the travel providers. 

Your feedback regarding the ability to mix and match flights have been shared with our development team for consideration.

Prices on Skyscanner always include an estimate of all mandatory taxes and charges. Regarding payment fees, airlines or travel agents offer at least one free payment option (usually it’s the most popular card in your country), however, they might charge fees for other payment methods. Since you have at least one option to avoid these fees, we don't include them in our prices.
