Works very well in our rural home setting to connect to the Internet. Have had few issues with connections. Have not traveled with it but it is good to know that option is there.

Set up was easy. At a sale the solis connected to wifi and all my sales worked quickly and easily. The connection never failed

I love the new Solis Lite, but more than that, I love the Customer Service Support from Solis. In particular, their Live Chat is awesome and they are usually pretty quick with the email responses too.
Due to the degradation and decomissioning of 3G networks, I recenly had to replace two of my old Skyroam devices and upgrade to the new Solis Lite and (aside from the lack of international shipping) the process went smoothly and it was clearly explained by the service support staff.

Only have had skyroam a short time but it has worked great. ease of use and cost are great.

I purchased the Solis and used it all the way driving from Florida to Ontario Canada and had no problems using it. This is a very good product and I am very pleased with its performance

I am using this for over a year now and all i could say is the Best i personal WIFI i ever had. I am travelling a lot The signal is reliable.

Last year, I had to manually renew my subscription each month because the auto-renew setting didn't seem to work. This year, I signed up for a 6 month package. I don't recall agreeing to an auto-renew for it. I definitely did not receive any notification that it was coming up. Neither did I receive any notification when was charged. I only found out because of a Paypal notification. When I saw that I had been charged again, I emailed the same day asking for a cancel/refund. There's no loss on their part to do so in this case, but they refuse to. It's just poor service. May as well use one of the bigger companies so you know what you're dealing with.

i was on the go all the time and internet was hard to get at times, i bought the solis and now i can hook up almost anywhere. i love it has changed things for me alot.

I have used Skyroam as my WiFi provider for at least a couple years now. The service is so reliable I have come to DEPEND on it! I own a house in an ancient village in Southern Italy and have no problems streaming Netflix and visiting with my husband on Meta Portal back in America. (I have even used the Skyroam with the Meta Portal Go to take family and friends around the village on foot and by car) using the Skyroam for GPS has opened so many doors for me because I can travel anywhere in Italy…not to mention having my translator whenever I need it. When I have layovers in other countries…..I have my Skyroam with me to get me where I need to go and with the translator I am set.

You have a great product just make sure you charge it completely before using the item worked really great out of the country and especially in the airports and on the beaches. Also they have great prices Packages.

We used the Solis Lite device on our recent trip (to Italy). We had 4 devices connected to it and it worked flawlessly! I would recommend it to anyone traveling.

The Skyroam worked great on our vacation in the car on the road in the hotel. It was cheaper to use than the one in the car. Real easy to use.

I love my Skyroam. It works so well. I travel alone and for security, having a connection is a profound necessity for me. This little device hasn't failed me yet. And it is SO cute! If I could give it a 10 I would!

Great for travel
I love this little device; I carry it with me in my work pack every day. I've used it on the road and in the woods and it works great. Currently, my sister is borrowing it while she takes care of our elderly parents; it was so much easier than trying to set up internet services for them.

I heard about the Solis Skyroam from a colleague. As a travel advisor I am constantly out of the country and needed a dependable source of wi-fi regardless of where I was. So far I am ecstatic. I am writing this review while staying at a cabin in a National Park in Canada and the wi-fi has worked flawlessly. Additionally my Solis Hotspot arrived the same day the internet was not working in my office and we used it there so we could keep on working. Definitely a five star satisfaction level from me. The hotspot is compact and lightweight so easy to pack for travel.

We have enjoyed using Solis (Skyroam) for our primary Wifi/Cellular back up service while traveling in our RV. I have looked at many other options and we generally have access to RV Park Wifi but sometimes it’s just not that good for streaming movies and other entertainment services. On very few occasions have we not had good service from Solis and it is easy to use too. I call it the “orange hockey puck” and pack it wherever we go with our RV. It is one of the most economical options available as well and if you travel internationally, you can use it all over this globe. Easy to pack and carry. I would recommend that you take a hard look at Solis for your Wi-Fi while traveling needs.

I purchased this on a whim and with recommendations from two people who travel for work. This is an amazing product. Easy to use. Connected all of my devices to the internet. I am using it for square up point of sale system in areas I do not have the internet and tethering to my own phone is a pain. Solis has made this a solution for me.

We bought a Skyroam for a recent family trip to Italy and were very pleased with it. The Skyroam is very easy to setup, and it’s pretty small and lightweight; my husband carried it in his backpack and the rest of us connected to it on our phones. The price was much less than paying for an international plan for each of it. Highly recommend!
