I was able to use my unit in several countries in Europe on my 70+ day adventure. Some days the signal was better than others, but I think that this was due to the quality of the local signal. I was able to use it on several trains in Italy that did not have wifi on board. The unit is small enough to carry anywhere. It holds it charge for long periods and is easy to charge. I would recommend buying the optional carrying case to protect the unit and keep your cable. I have several day passes in reserve, but I try to purchase monthly global passes when offered by sky roam. I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend its’use for anyone who travels. I have used it many times with 2 units using the WiFi with no problems. I also appreciate the regular communication from Solis to keep me informed of products, services, discount offers and updates. Buy this product! You won’t regret it. Peace.

So far so good, i went to Saudi Arabia and the service was gr8. i have fast internet and strong signal in my whole trip. The battery is very good and overall Solis is very good product from other similar product on the market.

I purchased the Solis to use in my car while I am on the road. I trade the market in between work appointments. It’s important for me to have access to internet as soon as I need it. There are not enough hotspots while traveling around, so when I saw this, I was very interested in seeing if it worked. Without internet access, I could lose a lot of money. I would pull over in a parking lot and within 2 minutes, I had the solis and my laptop connected. It was almost like I was on my home internet . Love it!

Took the Skyroam unit from Toronto to NYC then on to Barcelona, the Provence region of France, Lisbon, Porto then to London before returning home. It performed admirably. Constantly connected and supported mulitple users. No issues with connectivity. Used the global 1GB reloads easily. The unit does get a little warm especially if it is in your pocket or bag so be careful what you have near it (such as chocolate... )

Changes the game with travel, gives you really affordable internet everywhere you go. The device is really small so it fits basically anywhere. I do recommend the case, helps keep the device from getting damaged and keeps the cables all together. Battery life lasts roughly all day, also doubles up as a battery charger also. Every once in a while you have to do a tower search if you aren’t getting a good connection and it will reestablish the connection with more nearby towers. Been using these things for years and they are a life saver. Even great for extremely expensive cruise ship internet, won’t work at sea but will work everywhere the ship is docked and if it is close to shore. I used to rent them for the duration of my travels and I finally broke down and bought one and I’m really glad I did. The literally work pretty much anywhere in the world, used em all over Italy, top of the Swiss alps was no problem, all over the most remote places in Greece, all through Japan including way in the mountains. Charges back really fast also.

Solis is super easy to use. The product is fantastic. You are still at the mercy of cell phone reception. As long there is signal this product is awsome!

First time using skyroam for multi-country travel. Went on a river cruise in Europe. Started in Hungary, then onto Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Czech Republic. The Solis Wifi worked seamlessly from one country to another, keeping my phone connected everywhere. When I ran low on my Global pay-per-GB data, I just went on line and got more data.

Super reliable wifi across a range of countries - an essential goto in my travel toolbox.

Purchased mine for a trip to Panamá where I knew I’d require a connection. I work online and this little device has saved me a few times! If the cellular service is spotty your connection may be difficult. I suggest you look at the companies that carry cell service in the area prior to your travel. Many companies offer coverage area maps. Worth it all day!

I’ve made Skyroam my traveling companion and it’s the best choice I’ve made, the areas where there’s no internet allows me to still be able to stay connected ! It’s reliable.. on the road, in desolate areas or just in the to stay connected with family.. a great product.

I'm able to keep in contact with my family while traveling to work internationally. It's very reliable and the only time I had any problems the support team was very helpful and responded quickly to resolve the issue

MAN, did I get screwed. Quick advice: if you want to try this, buy it direct from Solis, MAYBE they'll help you. But in any case, don't expect it to last. They were out of stock last May, so I bought it on Target online. Paid $160 bucks. Took it on one trip to Italy and it worked great (lots of $ refilling but it worked even in a rural area). Took it home to Chicago, still worked. Then one day it just stopped. wouldn't power up, went thru troubleshooting with support at Solis & they said it was defective unit. told me to take it back to Target. Took it to Target (this is all within the first 90 days when it is supposedly under warrantee) and they wouldn't honor or replace/exchange/refund because it was online item. Solis wouldn't honor because bought at Target. Left me with a $160 paperweight (I'm freelancer of limited means) WITH PAID GIGS IN SAID PAPERWEIGHT. but despite many emails, calls, pleas, no help, no nothing. AVOID. honestly, dumb. I would have kept pumping $ into it if they'd helped me...but nooooooo!

I am a seafarer and have used the device in many countries and it has proved very useful. I mostly use the 1GB worldwide plan.

Great product. Easy to set up and and works everywhere I have needed. I travel to remote areas for work and have not had issues when needing to connect to a teams or zoom call. Purchasing more data is easy too. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone on the go.

Traveled to Europe for 2 weeks. Various cities in Spain, France and Italy. My Solis lite never let us down. We had wifi connectivity throughout our travels. Battery life was very good, customer service via chat was excellent. They were always available to answer any questions. Very happy we decided to purchase this! It's a game changer! Looking forward to taking it with us on future trips!!!!

I decided to use Solis as my wi-fi provider because I travel a lot in my RV. I also live in an area that does not have good wi-fi coverage. Solis has given me excellent service and very reliable coverage. They have numerous service plans to choose from. I highly recommend Solis to everyone, especially if you travel.

I work remotely so it’s very important that I have a really good signal for eight hours a day. I have never had issues signing in or getting onto the VPN with Solis. This allows me to go anywhere and I really appreciate it!

I used the Solis hot spots still many years with a monthly plan. Now a change the GB plan with a fix amount of data. I am very happy for the new plan, because I use the Solis manly on trips or holidays and not on a daily base. Thanks

Four of us went on a 3 week trip to Europe visiting 4 different countries. This device was a godsend!
We were able to use it most everywhere, although there were some connectivity problems, especially in Scotland. But it worked most of the time. Its not perfect yet but good enough that I can absolutely recommend it!
It is definitely going with me on future trips!

I was stuck in the mountains in Puerto Rico and only able to communicate with Solis. Skyroam was able to add Global minutes to my account right then and there! It was a huge relief and customer service above and beyond what is normally provided. Thank you!
