Quick, Amazing customer support.

Had an issue with installing a new modpack for the server, opened a support ticket on Discord and less than a minute later i had a response from Eddie, and less than five minutes after that he had installed the new modpack for me and added support for it.

Great service!!

spoke to support multiple times about different problems and was able to solve them every time with their help. Also all the support staff is very patient and knowledgeable

Out of many server hosts

Out of many server hosts, I believe Skynode to be the best when it comes down to its pricing for its hardware and especially their support. They are willing to look through problems you may have on your server and dive deep into testing and solving any problem. I can't recommend any other server hosting service enough.

Very good service

Very good service, very helpful customer service team. I had a slight issue with ensuring Java was atthe correct update, but was assisted by Eddie. Very kind and helpful. 10/10

Eddie is great

My server wasnt allowing players to connect and Eddie was there to help as soon as I opened a support ticket. He found the cause of the issue and helped me a lot.
