Awful company- DO NOT USE! I booked a taxi using the app- it locates your address using your phone. Address was correct when I booked but then the taxi was at a different address. Could see them on the app and tried to ring but the taxi ended up leaving. They automatically charged me £3.50 as a no show!! I then booked another taxi from them for the same journey. Customer service awful- refused to refund the no show even though they could see I’d booked and paid a second taxi for the journey. Awful experience. Will be reporting them to the regulator. App deleted!

Booked a taxi to get to work pulled up on the street turned around and left did not even give me time to leave my house!!

Awful company, booked a taxi through app. I had to get my son from school who was poorly. When Driver arrived my son had forgotten something and the teacher was bringing it, when I told the driver to wait he said he had other jobs, I told him he can charge me to wait a little bit bit he gave me attitude and sped off. Left me in the cold with a sick child and they had the nerve to charge me. I called customer service and the lady said that was their nicest driver and when she put me through to the driver ,he said I told him to cancel the job .he basically lied right there like it was nothing. I paid and had to walk home with a sick child. I'm uninstalling the app and I would never use this company ever again. Avoid at all cost.

I’ve been using Skyline for years and never had a problem until recently. I booked a cab 24 hours in advance for a certain time, it was 40 minutes late. In the end I had to use my car otherwise I would have missed my flight. And when the cab eventually showed up 40 minutes late, they charged me for it even though I had called up multiple times cancelling it etc. Shocking service. They will leave you waiting and waiting and then suddenly cancel - this has happened a few times now. Avoid.

Had a bad experience with this company today.pre booked the taxi to take my dad to hospital early morning next day at 7.50 am as his appointment was 8.45.The operator said the taxi would arrive on time and it was not doing school run .but it never showed up .called and called.very sorry text.crap taxi firm.

Very unimpressed!! I booked through the app and went out to stand in my driveway to wait for the driver when he was supposedly 5 minutes away. When the app said the car had arrived the car was nowhere in sight. I called the driver and he told me he had called me 3 times. I told him I had not heard any of those calls - and in any case, (if he had indeed arrived at my house as he claimed), I would have seen him since I had been standing in my driveway! Wherever he called from, it was NOT at my house. He never showed up. I called to complain, having missed a hospital appointment and therefore understandably upset, especially after also seeing that I had been charged. The person I spoke to was curt and abrupt, telling me he could see the driver had tried to call me ( as if that somehow proved that the driver had really been at my address!) Like seriously - under what circumstances would I just make up a story and call to say a driver had not arrived? He then proceeded to advise the only way I could complain was to send an email to an address he provided. I sent an email complaint - but I'm not holding my breath!

Skyline refunded £3.70 that I was charged.

Skyline Taxis are the worst taxi company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I booked taxis for two Fridays running and, on both occasions, no taxi turned up.

Improper response when booked, especially the waiting time is pathetic.

Terrible taxi company. Never arrive on time. Never come to the right address. Frequently have poor drivers with shocking cars which make you fear for your safety.
And NOW they add a ‘village charge’ which added SEVEN pounds to the price of our regular journey price.
Never again and would most definitely not recommend!

Absolutely appalling service, I booked a taxi 20 minutes in advance as I had a very important interview to get to, nearly an hour later and i still couldn't book one through the app! In the end my partner had to ring to get me one and even then that took 20 minutes to get to me, for them to then say they only accepted cash payment at the time.

Not the first time I've nearly been late to something because of skyline.

Absolutely shocking!

Up until this weekend Skyline have been a reliable service. This weekend we booked a taxi from home. Taxi turned up early and driver called to let me know he had arrived but appreciated he was early so said don’t rush. The journey cost £14.00. When we had finished our evening we booked a taxi via the app home. When we got home we notice the fare was £27.40 and stated fixed fee. The driver explained this was because it was after 10pm. The driver processed the payment before I had a chance to question this further.
I expect it to be a bit dearer but not nearly double for the same journey.
I called Skyline on Sunday. I spoke to someone in control to question the fare. She said she could see the app had allocated us a taxi from Milton Keynes not Northampton and this is why it was a fixed fee. The lady agreed that this was not my fault and asked me to call the following day to speak the managers either Lucy or Ryan. She said they would likely resolve my complaint.
I called 5 times today. 3 times held for ages and no one answered. Once I was told Ryan would call back in 30 mins. Left it 2 hours and called back. Was told Lucy would call me back. Still no call.
It is not fair that I had no choice where the taxi was sent from. It was clear we were going to Northampton. And I had no choice but to pay as I had opted to pay on my credit card

Shoddy.. pre booked a taxi the night before for 5:35am for my 6am start to my surprise it didn’t arrive. I rang up twice to see where my taxi was women on the phone didn’t seem bothered and was very rude. Late for work as had to get alternative transport. Don’t use skyline.. this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me.

I am growing increasingly frustrated with this taxi company.

They are taking 40 minutes to arrive and often not arriving at all, and then they have the audacity to have a blanket cancellation charge of £3.70

They are clearly accepting all jobs through their app, even if they do not have driver capacity.

Probably unlawful, definitely unethical.

Disgusting service - unorganised - unprofessional and a waste of money - avoid this company !! They are bad

Booked on their app a few months ago, then cancelled hours later, as they couldn't be bothered to send a taxi, and they stole from my credit card, by charging me for a full journey; and refused to refund it. A few months later I tried again, and after 40 minutes the app still said it was trying to find a driver. Then I was called 5 times by their advertised number, and told a taxi was outside. When I called them to ask them about it, as no taxi was there; they hung up on me, before discussing it (so they can't accuse me of being unreasonable to them). The office staff were lying, thieving, incompetent & lazy

Terrible service! Booked a taxi for 4:10, didn’t arrive till 4:30, missed my train. Worst part is being lied to, just be honest so different arrangements can be made! Avoid this taxi company.

Use this service everday and the red Hyundai Rj190GL is a desgrace to your company. He should not be a taxi driver. Can not believe how he spke and delt with me as a woman. Never had that fron any of your drivers they are usually pleasent. He is not fit to be a driver and sped of as i was trying to get out. Didnt even get to go on my journey as i said i have never been spoke to or delt woth lik that drom any of the drivers and he said well get out of my vehicle then. Rude considering i spend over 300 a month with you guys 1. 00am
Honeslty if you work with the public you have to have a certain kind of ethic. I dont know what has upset him but now hes upset me. He will get the wrong reaction from someone one day. Thats terrible

Poor service. Booked a taxi on app to be picked up for 7:30am and taxi never turned up until 15mins after and this made me miss my train.
The taxis are always late even though you pre book them. When you call to find out where your taxi is they always say it’s 5mins away. Awful service recently

First car drove away when they saw the guide dog. First 2 calls to complain, they hung up on me. When 2nd driver arrived, he was frosty. This company does not give a damn about the law or their customers. Do not use them.
