Gemma was very helpful

Easy ordering process
Easy ordering process, delivery was quicker than I expected.
Fitting of the blinds was simple and they look great. Overall very pleased.

I don't usually leave reviews
I don't usually leave reviews, but the website was so easy to use for my very niche blinds and even had glass measurements for when I'd selected my brand and version so I knew it was the right one.
Also considering it came from another country the shipping was really quick.
Will be ordering from here again.

Misleading sale information i was…
Misleading sale information i was expecting a Velux product and not an aftermarket product which I could have gotten cheaper and sooner elsewhere.
Sadly we were not able to send the product back as we needed the blind installed ASAP.

did not pull down full length so light not blacked out. blind opened on its own during night to wake me with bright light

Poor communication, unusable product
The Velux blind took a month to arrive with supply chain issues cited but the problem was I had to chase them, there was no attempt to let me know in advance.
I bought and installed a single motorized Velux blind and then found there was no remote control unit included, the only way of opening and shutting the blind. I contacted Skylight Blinds so they could correct their mistake but was told the unit was extra cost even though without it, the blind is unusable. Skylight Blinds noted they sold units via their website but I didn’t want to wait another month so went ahead and bought it from Amazon. Poor experience all round, would not recommend to others
