Very good product

This is the third blackout blind I have purchased for the Velux windows in my house. They are.very easy to fit with just a screwdriver and are so effective not only at night but on hot sunny days like we've had recently. I'm so glad I purchased these blinds!

The Site was easy to navigate.
We get so used to instant same day service that I sent an email after 4 days.
I received a very courteous reply and my order arrived a couple of days later. It was perfect and took 5 mins to fit.
If you are ADHD and throw a tantrum if you don’t get instant gratification, then pay more and go elsewhere.

This Skylight blind is the worst quality product that I have had the misfortune to purchase in my lifetime.
The fitting instructions are not possible to complete as you cannot centralise the blind, and you cannot get the blind into both grooves together, and the blind jams when you try to lower it, because it fits too tightly to the sides of the casement.
£80.45 for a product that is not worth £8.00.
I could not be more disappointed!!

It took a bit longer to move from production to delivery stage than I would have expected; not sure this was made instantly clear. Also arrived damaged with a dented control bar. As this is mainly cosmetic and, given the urgent need for use of the blind, I decided not to return for replacement. Otherwise, the blind seems robust and operating well.

The blind fitted as expected, but the manual alignment of the blind was fidgety. When completed the open and close method was not accurate having a small pull back when you stopped. none of flaws were major obstacles but if thinking of putting them a a location in which they would be used regularly it may cause a problem. Done the job I required but would check against Velux own at 50 GBP dearer.

We received our item, around 2 weeks after we order it. Reasonably easy to follow steps by steps. It needs 2 people to do this blind as to make sure it sit nicely to the window. Overall we are satisfied. Thank you

Quality product, fits perfectly, everything seems well made and simple to install. Easy to use website and a breeze to order exactly what you need. Unbelievable value for money really.

Delivery was slow, status showed the blinds 'in production' for over 10 days. When I emailed to ask why they suddenly said they were en-route. Blinds are well made and satisfactory but instuctions much less so.
