Really easy to use the website and order, then followed by super fast delivery, literally a couple of days. Easy to install, even for a 60 year old woman with no help! Great quality product, and the colour was exactly as shown on the website. Very happy with my purchase, thoroughly recommend!

Ordered almost two weeks ago, with a quoted delivery time of 7 working days, and the order is still marked as ‘in production’. I have emailed the company twice asking for an estimated delivery date, with no reply to either email.
I understand there can be delays but they could at least let customers know/reply to enquiries.

I was completely satisfied with my purchase of replacement double glazed windows. Also with the service and fitting, which was at the time and date to suit me. I was happy with the price quoted which was not excessive.

While the website and emails had some issues and therefore looked suspicious, the company were great, delivered quickly and on time, and the blinds worked perfectly.

I inherited an unusual make of loft windows in a new home - couldn’t find standard codes to fit. Skylight blinds could not have been more helpful. They suggested a make that might fit (it did) and helped with any other queries. The blinds were delivered in a few days. Cannot fault the service or products.

The ordering process was good and the blinds received were of a good fit and quality. BUT, we needed to send something back. Dozens of emails, a day waiting for a courier that never arrived and of the emails that did receive an eventual response not a single one answered the questions being asked. This couldn’t be an AI responder as AI would have attempted to answer the questions being posed. Anyway, after a month of pain a courier did eventually collect and a refund was processed. They say a company is built from the customer service department up. There is something seriously lacking here which is a shame as the other parts of the business appear to be well run.

Velux blinds we picked the colour the size using the model number on the 2 velux windows from finding the company to ordering took 5 minutes we ordered them Thursday night they arrived first thing Saturday morning they came in good packaging and I fitted both sets in under 5 minutes, the blinds fit perfectly and look perfect really great quality so easy 5 star

Online ordering was pretty straightforward and delivery was prompt. The blinds are pretty much the colour you see on screen and even though the fitting was different to the existing fakro blinds they were fairly easy to install. Very happy with the finished result.
