5* Car Insurance!

Pleasure to deal with. Pleasant on the phone and actually listen to what you want. Prompt with any call backs or email requests. Also beat my car insurance renewal from previous provider buy a substantial amount! Recommended!

POOR customer service.

POOR customer service.

Constantly being treated badly via email and telephone when regarding an enquiry.

Although they are cheap, the staff need to be trained excellent customer service.

Very unhappy with the service as it's my first car and it's unfair.

Been with these guys 5 years straight…

Been with these guys 5 years straight now. Alex a member of the team is a star, went out of his way to help me and that helped me out nicely sorting my insurance out (thanks for your help if your reading this) highly recommended for many groups of vehicles.

Excellent quote and service so far

Chap I spoke to (Luke I believe) offered me a quote that was not only more comprehensive than a competitors quote but also around £1000 cheaper over the course of the year. The process was easy enough to set up and he wasnt pushy when it came to going through with the setting up of the policy.

Its my first year with both a modified and performance vehicle (350bhp) and despite this I was only £100 more per year than I was in my last car (Fiesta ST, 182bhp).

I havent had to make any claims or anything so I cant say anything about that side of the policy but so far so good.
