Hello Liars, again, here is my Claim number: Claim #6f9b4ff6 - the one you asked for and you already have access to, even though I have sent numerous emails as prompted to ask what is happening and how come, I mean, how come the status has changed of claim approved and funds received to claim in process - freaking scammers, and I am not the only one. Solve it, or I will post the communication with the airline as well and also for the fun of it, drag you to court and probably (100%) others will join.

I emailed them after a link sent me there where it looked like an EU submission. I emailed immediately after i saw what their insane fee is to cancel and to not submit on my behalf. 7 hours later they still submitted.
