Skullshaver Arvostelua 46

I purchased the PItbull Gold head shaver from the online website and after three months the Blades which you can take off from the main motor unit stopped working and only the motor is still working. I did contact the Company and they replied the next working day to ask me to show a video of the Blades part but they collapsed in my hand and had no choice but to throw away in the bin, which I probably should of placed in a bag instead. The customer service is good but the product is not so great, wished I purchased some other head shaver instead which I now have done. I did't put to much pressure on my head for shaving and shaved to the recommendations of Skull shaver. It maybe a one off with the blades not working but unfortunate it has. I would try for yourself but be careful of the blades as they can suddenly stop working.

Update, I got a replaced shaver head attachment which didn't cost me anything and the Customer service was excellent.

I purchased the gold version a while ago. I kept trying to use it but didn't feel that it is a very good product. Something in the 'gearing' has now failed and it now turns at a variety of speeds and is pretty much useless now. Not a recommended buy.

After dealing with this company for months they sent out a faulty blade after following every request they then ask for something else 2 months later still no new blade avoid them

Worst company I e ever dealt with in my life
And proper cheap shoddy products
My skullshaver literally fell apart due to the cheap plastic they use
I then contacted the company
Who basically told me to do one
I told the customer service I wouldn’t be paying for something that fell apart within a month
They assured me I would be paying
They way they spoke to me was an absolute disgrace
Anyway PayPal refunded me
And I told the customer service what I thought of them and how I’m delighted I got refunded from PayPal and I didn’t waste my money on the absolute pathetic products
I told them I would never order from them again
They said they didn’t care
I would rather put my money in the bin
Than give spent to this company
Absolutely shocking customer service
And cheap shoddy products
Stay away

Excellent, fast, efficient and more than fair. I have several razors but their Pitbull platinum that I bought over a year ago is still the best. Thank you Skullshavers.

The stuff was very helpful and a had really a good communication with them until the arrival of my parcel. I was getting updates from Liza specifically, and I am completely satisfied with the service.
