was only able to use this razor for 3 weeks before the handle stopped working.
After several months of waiting, I received the information to return the product (AT MY EXPENSE).
Customer service, which I had to contact several times, told me that no replacement head was available, and that I had to wait. After further calls, I finally received the replacement handle WHICH DOES NOT WORK with my old razor head, as well as this replacement head.
Bottom line: €130 order, €25 for the return of the defective head, for use for less than a month, and almost 8 months of waiting.
The customer service is incompetent, and offers me to buy a new replacement head (even though mine was new and in a blister).

I ordered an item, waited more than a week to receive the email of it being delivered(EU), haven't heard back anything, they actually cancelled the order after I sent an email and asked them for an update. They mention that you need to reply HUMAN to emails to get a human interaction but still no answer.

To start I would like to say that the device itself is brilliant, works really well. However, the replacement blades are poor quality and fall to bits in seconds.
There is no customer service within the UK and the “lovely” American attitude to requesting either a replacement or a refund is utterly vile.
I had sent countless emails just simply asking for a replacement as I have them on subscription, but after nearly two months I have had NO REPLY.
Thanks to TrustPilot, I found a UK telephone number to contact them on as there isn’t a number or live chat on their website and the attitude I was greeted with was nothing short of horrific.
My subscription is cancelled and I would not recommend anyone using these products, simply because, if a problem does develop, you will get no help from anywhere.
The date entered is todays date, simply because it is today that I have finally managed to speak/contact them.

Their sales department is very efficient, I ordered a new power unit recently and it was here in a flash, although sadly, it was the wrong one.
Customer Service? Forget about it.
A week ago, on the 15th I tried to get the correct the problem via email to get the right unit but the reply was ‘We’re busy but we will get back to you”. Dream on!
I’ve been on hold with them for almost an hour now. The recordered message said they were busy and just now they’ve cut me off.
If this message gets back to them I’m sure I can wish my $40+ goodbye, but it’s worth it to get this message out.
Unreliable - and you have to pay to get a warranty replacement in any reasonable time!
My skullshaver stopped working without reason after 6 months. The "customer support" line ignored my e-mail for 2 weeks and then informed me that I'd have to pay for the return myself and then wait a further 1-2 months or PAY £35 to get a replacement in a reasonable time frame. So, fundamentally, their guarantee means nothing. I'd steer well clear if I were you and get a shaver from a reputable brand.

I'll repeat what you will read everywhere else about this company. ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Their shavers fail fairly regularly (don't take my word for it, look around) and once they do, you will not be able to claim on the warranty, absolutely zero chance, because you will never get through on the phone, not a chance, and your emails will just be blanked. Please don't use them, they need to be stopped.

My problem is I just bought 2 blades from this company and I open one to start shavecutting hair one of the covers has a bit of blade facing upwards and just about ripped my head open So any company complaint's person reads this can you help me with this I know it's only £20 each but o bought 2 from yourselves as being a pensioner you take It in good faith that everything is ok but let me know what I can do about this as I've got a photo of the part which is sticking up

Fantastic customer service.
When the recharging port on my Pitbull Silver imploded recently I contacted the company to see if there was anything they could do. Surprisingly, even though I'd had it for just over a year, they said that it was covered by their warranty policy. They asked me to post the handle/power pack to them. When they'd received it and checked it out, they sent me a new unit immediately.
Great to be able to write a positive review about a company for a change.

I recently purchased a Skull Shaver, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The product's poor quality, specifically its unreliable battery, has left me utterly dissatisfied. The device barely held a charge, making it nearly impossible to use as intended, and the battery has subsequently died after owning the Skull Shaver for 8 months and using the shaver around 20 times in total.
Equally troubling is the abysmal customer service I have encountered. Dealing with Skull Shaver's support team is a frustrating exercise in futility. The lack of responsiveness and genuine concern for my issue has felt like a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. It's not just disappointing; it's unacceptable, I am still waiting for a reply from the customer service team as of 2 weeks - I am communicating with someone via instagram, however this is just constant back and forth with no resolution, the Instagram team don’t appear to have any influence over the customer service team answering emails.
Navigating their customer service process resembles a bad joke, leaving me questioning the legitimacy of the brand. It's disheartening to see a company treat its customers with such negligence. The overall experience feels more like a scam than a legitimate business transaction.
I write this review not out of spite but as a sincere warning to potential buyers. Save yourself the headache and financial burden by steering clear of the Skull Shaver brand. The combination of a subpar product and the worst customer service I've ever encountered makes this a regrettable purchase. Customer support doesn't reply since 2 weeks. I ordere a Skullshaver Gold and received a defect product. The motor stops working. I sent two email to start the return process - no reply. The costumer service is practically not existing. I am stuck with a defect product and can't return and get the money back. Think twice before you order from that company.

On a recent trip to the UK I purchased a Pitbull gold head shaver. All was well to start with and it provided the best electric head shave I had experienced after many cheaper alternatives. About a month of use and the tiny emblem decal fell off from one of the foils and it looked like it was lack of glue from manufacturing.
I stuck it back on but then the others started falling off.
I decided to let them know they had a possible manufacturing issue with the hope they would probably send new foils for my razor. Not a chance terrible customer service, just told me that because I bought it on eBay (new) it was not a recognised supplier and warranty was void.
They made no mention of checking batches or informing the manufacturers just seemed to want to get rid of me.
Decent shaver other than that or you would have got 1 star 🌟
Edit Skullshaver.co.uk told me to contact the original eBay seller which I eventually did and she offered me a new shaver without hesitation. Wow!! That’s proper customer service Pitbull.
Awful customer service
I can only support the other views that the products may be great (I wouldn't know the order was never completed) but their customer service is appalling. I tried to order a product bundle that offered significant savings. However, as they were running a promotion on full priced products when I reached checkout the price went UP. Contacted customer service who took days to reply, then completely missed the point, Wouldn't bother with the product as the after sales service is so poor.

I've had a couple of quality control issues with the products I purchased from Skullshaver, the Forte Pro4 and CR3. There was a loose connection on the Pro4 head and some cosmetic issues with the chrome plating on the CR3. However, customer support were fantastic in replacing the parts without delay

Had my first shaver for approx 3 years, still going strong but decided to upgrade to a Pit Bull Gold.
Big improvement being able to see how much battery life is left with a display. Had my new one 3 months and the top broke off.
Sent a photo to Peter and explained what happened. Within no time, booooooom ! A brand new replacement.
Peter is a top bloke, great customer service and I find the product excellent.
Totally recommend.

I’m not sure if it’s a UK thing, however, I did get a reply back on the 29th January stating they cannot provide a precise date for restock.
As of today, still no stock.
This looks like one present with a short lifespan.
