Please avoid ordering from this company. This is a Chinese shop with a sleek website that poses as some kind of a Skandi firm. If you ever try to call their customer services on the U.K. number it’s never available and I’ve tried many, many times. They have a U.K. address but I think it’s just a front for a Chinese operation and no U.K. employees.
The problems started when I placed the order that should have been shipped in a couple of weeks. The site doesn’t specify from where it’s shipped and surprise-surprise it’s China. A couple of weeks passed and I heard nothing. After a few emails back and forth they claimed they’d had a fire in their warehouse and the items I’d ordered needed to be now made from scratch. I decided to wait rather than cancel but then there was literally no further communication about delivery times and I had to chase so many times. Disappointment didn’t finish there. When the items (worth £9k!) were finally delivered 4 months after the original order, they came in wooden crates that the courier dropped off by the front door and refused to take the crates back. The items (marble dining table and 6 chairs) needed heavy assembly and I’m now having to pay for bulky waste collection to get rid of all the wooden crates. My lesson is - if I’m willing to spend so much money on furniture I’d rather go with a U.K. based merchant like Soho Home with a U.K. based customer service, good reputation and white glove delivery.
The items I received don’t really have the super premium feel of the price tag I paid and a simple Google picture search will reveal that they are made in China and you can buy the same items on Ali Express for a fraction of the price.
Avoid!

Their returns policy has loopholes that state sale items cannot be returned. Every item on the website is on sale…
Read the many bad trust pilot reviews of this scam website and reverse image search items on Google to see their items on sale elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.

Rip off absolutely rubbish
Rip off absolutely rubbish. Item not at all as described paid £122 for 1 cup and saucer. Claimed ot was a set that was discounted from £250 lies. What I received was one cup a saucer and a spoon that was not the same as in the picture (they called this a set. It was also chipped. Came from China but company branding looks European. The issue I have with this is now returning it to China if they allow me to do so and the expense I have to pay. Really disappointed and feel robed of my hard earned cash. Please beware.

Skönt were excellent in trying to resolve the matter by sending a replacement.

I ordered a lovely (or so I thought) textured painted canvas, I received a printed canvas that wasn't worth more than 20 quid, it's cheap looking and I wish I'd found these reviews before I bought it, definitely not worth the 90 pounds I paid for it and of course to send it back will cost a fortune, so thanks for ripping me off. The table arrived with chunks missing
The table arrived with chunks out of it. The packaging was so flimsy, not as described on the website. The quality of the table was so poor. The chairs I bought with the table could not be returned because they were sold separately and I lost my right to return them because they were sale items. I was offered 20% off further purchases although at the time 30% was offered on the website prices. Very disappointing. I would not recommend Skont.

Great designs on website although not enough product description detail. Arrived and light fitting is actually made of plastic not glass, the price is extortionate for the quality of the product. Also shipped from China so not great in terms of time to delivery and carbon footprint.
