Excellent service and sofa 5* would recommend!
Over the moon with the service provided, from start to finish everything was perfect, delivery time for my sofa only took 6 weeks which is surprisingly fast as most companies take up to 12 weeks, will continue to use Skönt in the future to decorate my home

Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- it is NOT Scandinavian at all, everything is made in China, the quality is very different from the photos and everything is Very overpriced. They also don't do refunds when you do complain about the discrepancy between the product you receive. Total garbage that you can order from other sites for a lot cheaper. Complete misrepresentation of their products.
I bought a rug from them that is completely different from the online photos on their website. The rug itself is a rough and poor quality. I complained to them but they refuse to allow refund despite photos proving how different the colour and quality is from advert.
I also bought multiple lights to creat a large feature- the lights are poor quality glass despite a price tag you’d expect for crystal.
Everything is very “made in China” quality and not even worth 10% the price.

Ordered solid pine got concrete
We ordered 2 Beriel tables, which looked lovely in the Skont listing, “hand crafted in solid pine”. What we received were 2 painted ceramic/concrete tables flown from China. The latter products are widely available at much cheaper prices on the internet and I would note that in many cases the Skont photos are the same ones also used for these items. Read into this what you will…I have made a complaint (pine not concrete!) but judging by other reviews I suspect I will receive a polite response and endless delaying tactics. The only thing Scandinavian about this company is the name!

I ordered an Aleksi chair and foot pedal.
The chair is not the same as the image.
The back is a different shape.
The fur is poor quality and not long and luxurious as portrayed on the website.
It is smaller than the dimensions of the website.(sadly I didn't read the reviews early enough where another buyer reported the exact same issue on 23rd Jan 2023)
It is also damaged.
I have sent photos to evidence all of this and requested a refund as is my statutory right under the circumstances.
The replies indicate they are trying to 'rectify the issue' when the only correct course of action is a full refund.
I am now pursuing a refund via other routes.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
If there is a problem, you will never get your money back.
This is part of their most recent reply:
'Based on the photos you provided and the product description on our website, we believe the Aleksi Chair is as described. However, we acknowledge the presence of a small defect, which is below our usual high standards of product quality. For this, we sincerely apologize and, as a token of our regret, we'd like to offer compensation.'
We fully understand your dissatisfaction and the desire for an immediate resolution. As a business, we take our customers' statutory rights very seriously, and your request for a refund is being processed by our team. However, our protocol requires us to review all the facts and circumstances before coming to a final decision.

They are still avoiding statutory responsibility.The item is damaged and not as described on their website, responsibility for return costs is clearly theirs. I suspect they hope i will give up. Fortunately protected by my payment method. See most recent response directly cut and paste

I received our well anticipated coffee table that was supposedly made of walnut wood. After opening the package it was a huge disappointment. It’s made of plywood and cover with some wood imitation layer which was visible from below.
Definitely a rip off and not worth the money.
