Tout est bien qui finit bien, mais ça a été très stressant, j'ai eu ma 1ère expérience avec Skiptax hier, je vais à la borne Pablo pour scanner le code barre et cela ne fonctionne pas après discussion avec la douane, ils m'ont dit que les bordeareaux de detaxe PVE n'ont pas été transmis par les opérateurs de détaxe dans la base pablo, j'ai dû contacter le service client et ça aussi c'était très stressant car je devais faire le check in et malheureusement Skiptax est seulement joignable par chat, à la fin Laura a pu m'aider, avec un bordereau envoyé par mail mais également ce bordeareau ne fonctionnait pas à la borne Pablo j'ai dû passer voir un agent de Douane,

Site très facile à utiliser et sûr. Très simple de s'inscrire et ensuite de fournir les documents. Skiptax très rapide et efficace pour fournir rapidement la détaxe

The transaction was very smooth and very fast, and I got the refund back within just a couple of days. I have used SkipTax a few times and can truly recommend SkipTax.
It was just that many shops were not aware of how to prepare ‘invoice (facture)’ even now, even at famous shops. And they said it would take a few days to send me by email (which I didn’t actually get and had to give up claiming).

So easy to use scan the Disneyland Paris receipts for merchandise bought then when you’re ready to leave generate the barcode. Once through security at Eurostar there are machines and a bureau for you to get your tax refund. So simple.

Had a couple of frustrating issues setting up taking a selfie. Maybe a problem between my phone and desktop? However, after a couple of goes took the selfie.

In use easy peasie! Took photo of the invoices from Calais Wine Superstore (who recommended Skiptax to me), helped by the staff. Scanned barcode, refund paid quickly back onto the credit card. What's not to like?

Excellent process using the app is great and straight forward.
It helps making sure all info is correct and then when visiting the exit point it is straight forward with the completed form and bar code at the terminal and then swift refund.

It was easy to enter the receipts in the App and then scan the code at the airport.

This service was excellent. We were told about it at Disneyland Paris and proceeded to upload all of our Disney receipts each day. We did not ask other vendors for the skip tax receipts, though we knew we could. Still, having this all done made getting our refunds super easy.

Really easy to use. Download the app before travelling, upload your receipts daily and produce your barcode on your way to the airport home. Scan the code and it’s done. Quick and easy. Refund was in my account less than 24hrs later! Will definitely use again!

Very straightforward to use - as all our purchases were from Disneyland Paris all I had to do was set up an account and scan my receipts in during our trip. Then on the way to the airport I generated a bar code to scan at the tax refund machines. At the airport the process was super quick and had the refund in my PayPal account within 12 hours - will definitely use on future visits

We bought clothing at Disneyland Paris. The instructions to claim were very straight forward. You go online and scan your receipt. On your way out of France via CDG, there are machines where you scan the barcode SkipTax generates in the app, and it’s that simple. I had the refund in my WISE card acct in about 12 hours. Hassle free and would recommend.

C’est l’application la plus facile à utiliser et également à obtenir le maximum de remboursement. Je l’utilise depuis plus de 3 ans.
L’avantage c’est qu’il n’y a qu’un seul bordereau à passer en douane, car tout est regroupé sur un seul.
