I have bought RY400 women’s long tights. Wore them ONCE and 2 huge holes in stitching appeared. As per their sizing on the back of the box, I should be S/M but the shop had only L and I was desperate so I bought L - so trying to fit into a smaller size and stretching the stitches beyond design is not the issue. They ask for $170 - I haven’t been scammed like this for a while.

Ordered a pair of SKINS SERIES-5 MEN’S HALF TIGHTS NAVY BLUE on the 9th Nov 2025. Order number 506697. Three and a half momths in, worn maximum twice a week each, and they started to deteriorate. Both of them have issues in the groing area. One of them the stitches are coming off and the other one the fabric is wearing out. Very very disappointing. Paid 140 euro for these. I have a tight from compressport 10+ years now, and the only wear they had was the branding faded out. NOTHING ELSE! I will never purchase Skins compression again. Waste of money!

I purchased a pair of tights on 12/6 and at that time the refund policy of 30 days from purchase was in place. I needed to exchange for a different size and they have changed to a ZERO REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR ANY REASON policy since my purchase. I just flushed $130 down the toilet. How can they change their refund policy AFTER I purchased, and how can they have that policy for an item where correct sizing is paramount?

Tried to return for refund to my credit card within 30 days from delivery. Skins counts 30 days from purchase. They took 8 days to deliver. So it's really 22 days.

I told them I have been sick and the items were not opened. If they truly support Dysautonomia, their company culture does not reflect it.

Det er frustrerende, at man selv skal betale for returfragten, og at der ikke findes en brugervenlig løsning til returnering. Derudover er det nærmest umuligt at finde de returformularer, I henviser til – og jeg har endnu ikke fået svar på min henvendelse. Det virker desværre ret uprofessionelt og står i skarp kontrast til det ellers gennemførte og imponerende brand, I har bygget op.

Jeg håber virkelig, I tager dette til efterretning og får optimeret returprocessen – det ville løfte helhedsoplevelsen markant.
Og vigtigst lige nu: Jeg har stadig ikke fået løst mit konkrete problem med returneringen, så jeg håber, I vil kontakte mig hurtigst muligt

The clothes do come eventually but it takes about 2 weeks for it to get sent. Seems like they'll order from China and then repackage it. Customer service is terrible. Never replying to emails and don't pick up the phone. Stay away from thos business is my suggestion after the trouble I had with them

I have brought quite a few from Skins compression and have been very stisfied each time. Unfortunately I had to advertise my latest purchase but It was dealt by Sue in customer service the same day - That is good service.

I have a few pairs of arm sleeves, loved them, bought a pair of series1 in early summer. Unfortunately the thread started pulling and exposing the elastic in the top part. I emailed customer service with pictures and the responded the next day to post out a replacement pair.
The sleeves are comfy, stay in place and are good quality (or will be replaced within a year if there's a problem with them).

I have bought many compression items from Skins - mainly calf sleeves and shirts as well as shorts and baselayers for my running. It certainly enhance my training and helps recovery after sessions. I like the aesthetics and design of all their clothes. But also I should mention excellent customer service and response to my queries. Special thanks to Sue who responded without delay and high professionalism. I will be definitely using Skins brand in the future

Customer service was exceptional.
I already have A300 skins from years ago and ordered 2 different pairs of shorts same size. Unfortunately they were a bigger fit. The returns process was simple and I received my exchanges swiftly. Thanks to Sue and the warehouse team. Love my shorts and I wear my half tights for work under my uniform, really helps with a long day on my feet. Highly recommend Skins compression wear.

Ordered a couple of 5 Series tops direct from their website on Monday night. Got the express delivery option (ouch). Took delivery (regional nsw) on Thursday afternoon.
Long time since I had skins. These 5 Series are really nice. Sizing is accurate.

I recently bought two pairs of Skins shorts and had reason to contact customer services. I’m pleased to say the level of customer focus has been exceptional.
I’m also very happy, as I am with all of my Skins products, with my new shorts.

Skins decided to do a system update over Christmas therefore you couldn’t contact them for about a month. Items purchased which never arrived and I thought I must have been scammed because my emails to skins kept bouncing back. Finally on the third attend and info update on their website I made contact. The reply, Not our problem! Terrible customer service for any company let alone one of this size. Arrogant customer service responses. I’ll purchase one of the many other companies from now on.

Long term lover of Skins! Good quality and comfort. Recently bought recovery compression calf sleeves for the first time.
Whilst I love the sizing, fit and level of comfort I am disappointed with the finish on these. The elastic threads in the top seam started unravelling after one or two wears, even before I had washed them. Happened on both pairs so assume it is standard

BEWARE! Gentlemen be very careful of the skins shorts, half tights or tights that you choose. I’ve been wearing these for many years and think they’re the greatest thing to come to men’s sport. They keep your penis and testes in place no matter the level of activity - what a godsend! HOWEVER, there are now two models available and one is absolutely useless. The A400 models have a pouch that holds your gear. The other models don’t. They’re simply sewn straight down and they have nowhere for everything to fit. Hopeless. So the A400 models are top rated and the other models are a waste of money.

Purchased the nightwear to help with recovery after training. The bottoms give good support but the top offers very little. I'm only 5ft 7 but find the top comes up very short and offers no compression around the the core. Purchased in the 50% sale, but I'd be very disappointed if I'd purchased at full price.

Service leaves a lot to be desired, I sent a return for an exchange for another size 1 month ago. I can see it was delivered from my postage tracking. I have received no acknowledgment of the return or confirmation that my exchange package has been posted. I keep getting the same poor excuse that they are behind from support. Just not good enough - do not take people’s money if you can’t provide a basic service. I will never buy from Skins compression again!!
