Reliable company and great support

Great skincare provider! The customer service is top-notch; Helga was very professional and quick to help. My parcel arrived the next day. I will definitely be ordering from Skin 65 again.

Fantastic & Excellent Customer Service

I purchased AlumierMD Calming Collection for £225 from skin65 hoping that this would help calm the redness on my face but unfortunately due to my highly sensitive skin, I had a severe reaction to the product resulting to an A&E visit. After getting urgent treament, I immediately emailed Skin 65 and got a prompt response from Rachel one of their customer service advisers. She was very understanding and tried her best to explain all my queries and was very attentive to all my concerns. She replied so promptly to every email I sent. Skin65 made me feel understood, considered and valued. After submitting all the information they needed, it only took one day for them to investigate then I received an email with an apology and was given a full refund. They also covered the posting costs. I went through a really horrible ordeal but Skin65 showed me kindness and support. Unlike other companies who take so long to respond and very hesitant to help when it comes to refunds, Skin65 has shown professionalism, respect and consideration towards me. I am truly grateful. Keep up the good work. Thank you Skin65!!!

The delivery was quick and everything…

The delivery was quick and everything was very efficiently done. The products are frankly amazing! This is the only time I have ever been complimented for my skin! My skin is dry and sensitive and these products give you real results. Exceptional

My most trusted shop for niche skincare products. The fact that is owned by a renowned doctor makes me feel at ease that i always receive the best advice and genuine products. Customer service was amazing and they replied to my queries instantly. Happy repeat customer :)

Great range of products

Very good experience. Simply had a conversation with the doctor and then bought the products which I was interested in. Great range of skin products and very swift delivery.
