$200k account MT5 --> DXtrades - can't switch to cTrader, horrible experience

I have purchased the MT5 $200,000 swing account on February 26th. I have downloaded the MT5 and logged in without any issues. The first thing I noticed was their H4 candle formation with weird gaps in between prices. At the end of the day, I didn't really care since I was looking to swing trade. Apart from that, everything was running smoothly. I'd give it 4/5 stars.

BUT then the sudden (for non-US residents) switch from MT5 to DXtrades happened, and my experience went from 4/5 stars to just refund me. Also, by that time, I had a running EUR/GBP short position, which SkilledFundedTrader closed at a minor loss (due to the switch and closure of the MT5 account).

We have waited from Mach 1st to March 5th for the migration to complete. Receiving an email reassuring us that the DXtrades platform is "pinnacle of trading platforms, is now at your fingertips." Let me tell you, this could not be further from the truth.

Despite all of this, we were reassured that NON-US Residents can request a switch to cTrader. So, after the horrible experience with DXtrades (which I will list below), I have requested the switch. The funniest thing is once you request the switch to cTrader SkilledFundedTraders tells you you are not eligible for the switch if you've traded on the DXtrades platform. THERE WAS NO WARNING/NOTIFICATION WE COULDN'T SWITCH AFTER PLACING POSITION ON DXTRADES. I was only testing the platform. Naturally, like everyone else would do, after transitioning to new software.

I had to go through 3-4 support members before I stumbled upon one that was actually knowledgeable and helpful (yesterday - Muhammad). I have spent a day or two with the first support member complaining about the platform and asking him how can I switch to cTrader. He was no help, and I only lost my time and energy dealing with this nonsense.

DXtrades "Reliability Redefined" and its issues:
1. The platform keeps disconnecting you after a moment of inactivity (you have to log in again and again)
2. Logging in takes ages
3. Unscheduled maintenance (one lasting 15 minutes in the middle of the trading day)
4. Issues logging in - the day before yesterday, I couldn't log in for 1-hour to the platform
5. Orders take ages before they get filled (despite this being a demo)
6. Platform bugs and disconnects you while placing an order
7. NO EAs SUPPORTED
8. And more..

DXtrades "Enhanced Insights"
1. You can't view BID x ASK on the chart
2. You can't view SL/TP on the chart (after placing an order)
3. There is no connectivity/server information (what is your delay)
4. Chart templates keep resetting
5. Chart drawings are worse than on MT4
6. EXTREMELY LIMITED HISTORIC DATA
7. And more..

Their broker, Voyage Markets (website), looks like a joke website (one page). Side note - don't even think about scalping on this platform.

The prop firm industry has never felt as much of a pyramid scheme as with the DXtrades platform. This switch is most definitely against traders and what they need. The platform is all over the place. It tries to mimic Tradingview but ends up being a worse version of both worlds (broker MetaTrader & Tradingview).

As you can tell, I am salty about this change. To be honest, I would not even think about writing a review if it was a 10k account. But the audacity to tell us we can switch to cTrader and then tell us we actually can't after placing a position on the DXtrades platform (without letting us know anywhere) is ridiculous. Oh, you can't request a refund either (:

So, I am stuck on a platform that doesn't work (not even as "advertised". I am not here to beta test your software, these issues should have been solved before rolling it out to the mass market.

Genuinely, I have no idea what I am going to do with this.

Fraudulent Practices and consumer exploitation

The product initially offered was different.
They have changed the product and the rules after the purchase has been made.
The original broker was Thinkmarkets .They have forcefully migrated everyone to a different broker without any consent or choice offered. VOYAGE MARKETS. Which have a 1.6 star rating on this very platform.
The trading has been shut for more than a week now.
The leadership is not responding. The support is taking eternity to respond to messages.
Refunds are being denied.
People are getting banned from the chat for sharing respectful honest reviews and suggestions.
Owners are blocking people sharing honest reviews on Twitter.
Mods are deleting helpful suggestions and messages when encouraged others to go write honest reviews on google and trustpilot.
Utter exploitation.

NO TRADING
NO SUPPORT
NO TECHNICAL HELP OFFERED
NO REFUND

What exactly is being offered in exchange for peoples money and time.

I have evidence of hundreds of discord chats and interaction with support and the platform not working .
Just tell me a way to share it all here.

And I am willing to back every of my claim above.

Dishonest management

Was informed that we have the choice to switch over to ctrader after migration from MT to DX, unfortunately we were told its not impossible and there is no new update from the team
Co founders are busy promoting firms, talk about futures.

No estimated time provided by the team, no refund option.

Personally I'm losing confident with this prop firm, will I continue trade it after they move us to ctrader? Probably no, what if they behave the same during payout time?

My experience with this company Skilled Funded Traders

"My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The customer support is virtually non-existent – they don't respond when you reach out for assistance. Additionally, when problems arise, their solution is to offer promotional codes for purchasing their services, only to end up with losses. Furthermore, they consistently fall behind schedule, causing inconvenience.

I strongly advise considering alternative options when choosing a service provider. There are better companies out there that prioritize customer support and deliver on their promises. Save yourself the frustration and explore alternatives with a more reliable track record."

I would strongly recommend you avoid SFT

I signed up to test my trading skills against a set of challenge rules that I knew in advance. These known rules have been altered whilst in phase 2 and are not compatible with my trading system.
I requested a refund on the basis that the product had changed after I entered into an agreement but I was told that it is not an option.

There was an announcement that the new rules would be removed so I have been waiting for a coupe of weeks for this to happen.

While I have been waiting, I have been migrated over to DXTrade. This is another change that makes the challenge something other than what I signed up for.
Traders measure the risk and decide if to execute. In this example the risk I measured before executing is not the risk I am now presented with. I am now given a known disastrous platform with different challenge rules. I have again requested a refund but currently, there seems to be no support.

This is against the law in my country. It is illegal to misrepresent a product /service or change it after collecting payment without the buyer's agreement (with 60 days notice) or the option of a refund. They are legally obliged to offer a refund to every customer who has experienced a change in the product received after purchase. I have reached out to a well known American online investigative journalist because I can't even find any address details for SFT to check the laws in their jurisdiction. He actually replied and asked if I knew others in my situation.

On a personal note: I am living through a recession doing everything I can to support a wife and two daughters and I think my treatment by this company has been disgraceful. To think that 'professional traders' and/or 'influencers' such as the ones listed on the website have conducted themselves in this way is shameful. Surely they do not need to steal from me to survive? It has to be greed, I mean what else can it be? I understand that it could be a mistake but mistakes are easy to rectify yet SFT are acting in a way I would expect from a scammer. They have taken my money, not given me what I paid for and dismissed my reasonable requests for compensation.

I would strongly recommend avoiding SFT and researching to find one of the few firms with integrity. SFT is indiscriminate as to who they take on and I am sure there are people worse off than me that could end up in my situation by trusting these 'influencers'.

Whatever they offer you can change wildly in an email at any point and anything you ask after this point is just dismissed by their support team, sometimes without even a reason, just a straight no and then radio silence. Their Discord is also hopeless. All the 'announcements' tell you to hit Discord for help and when you get to Discord there is just a mob of angry people and the mods just paste the same response that we should check the announcements. I actually feel sorry for the Discord mods if I am honest.

I hope you can do better than I did with this one. It is a miserable feeling

do not buy a challange

The worst prop firm out there

The worst prop firm out there. The absolute worst. I had high hopes coming into this prop firm seeing that the owners are traders and they understand fellow traders better not they are the absolute worst. The moved everyone to Dxtrade on short notice, a platform that they themselves can't even use to trade but they expect us to use it. Execution of trades are slow, there's a gap in price, the platform keeps logging me out, I can't set sl and tp, my open trades doesn't appear in order's history. Like what the hell is this man. PALADIN if this was the platform you used do you honestly think you would ever be successful. You have made money now and a name for yourself you disregard other traders. My only regret was convincing five of my friends to sign up with your prop firm and buy an account now I have to refund them their money. GO TO HELL

Disgusting prop firm should be banned

First day after transfer to dxtrade and voyage markets, the platform doesnt work, stop losses doesnt work, you cannot log in, when you open position takes 30 sec to execute, its not worth the money and not worth the time, hopefully all clients will resign asap
