Not able to trade since migration, being ignored for refunds? banned from discord?

Not able to trade since the platform migration 1 month ago as I use EA on MetaTrader for fast executions and copy trading... I purchased 2 accounts for Mt5.

Since they changed platforms I had been asking for a refund, They ask me to open a ticket on their website which is Automated and cannot receive the correct information from it. I also had sent emails to support, I have been on them in discord about having a refund due to not being able to provide the service I selected at checkout.

I have noticed that I am no longer able to join their discord for information as I have been banned from the page.

First and foremost, the lack of responsiveness from your support staff is absolutely unacceptable. Despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service department regarding an urgent issue, I have received nothing but silence. It is deeply concerning that a company supposedly dedicated to serving its clients would blatantly ignore their inquiries and concerns.

Furthermore, when I finally managed to reach someone from your customer service team, the experience was nothing short of infuriating. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional, unhelpful, and displayed a complete disregard for my concerns. Instead of offering assistance or attempting to resolve the issue, they seemed more interested in rushing me off.

In addition to the abysmal level of customer support, the overall quality of service provided by SkilledFundedTraders.com has been woefully inadequate. Scammers

Scammers. These guys pray on gamblers, their main income comes from people who do not know anything about trading and become victims of their social media.
I have been a good trader for the past 6 months within their trading firm, but:

- They did not transfer my account from EightCap to CTrader for 3 weeks when all other accounts were transferred. I had to fight to get it.
- After the transfer the profit I had on the old account was wiped and not returned ever, I fought for 3 weeks nothing happened.
- They promised everyone compensation for the troubles we experienced. I think you can guess... they have problems with compensating and now went silent for 3 days, but keep on printing videos for social media.
- FOR NEW TRADERS: This prop firm is an example of scammers and fraudsters. I am a banker in real life and I know what I am saying. NO TRUE TRADER would dress, talk, or even say random nonsense like that. These guys with their videos and psychology training are the most generic you will find. You better go study in university finance and accounting and trust me you will be better traders than these scammers. They are only influencers and this prop firm does not belong to them. They just lied their way through and got hired by prop firm companies. If they want to show that they are not scammers, they should show live trading sessions with real money and not fake payouts.

I would avoid until they improve their customer support system

They have a mediocre platform, but it is enough to get the job done, aside from this, I am very disappointed with the lack of attentiveness placed on my cases. Their customer support has been quite unresponsive, and this is very bad sign since we're working with money here! I have since been attempting to get a refund, as to which I am still patiently waiting, although they are somehow still able to make regular postings in their Discord.

I wonder how many other individuals are in a similar position. I would steer clear of them for now, until they make some changes to how they respond to and deal with customers.

Must be the worst customer service in the industry. I get the fact that the migrations are taking time and out of their control, but there has been no communication update and I have been waiting for my credentials for over a week. I haven't had this issue with other prop firms.

My experience with stf

I really do not like this propfirm I got scammed last time I bought a challenge for my third time with them as I was happy with them befor and their new broker was soo bad it had crazy crazy slippage.. I was pressing buy or sell for example at a certain price as 103.400 it was placing my order at 104.400 they used to use purple trading and mt5 they where good back then but now .mmm ftmo is the best definitely going back to ftmo and also their method of payout is only crypto they don't pay you with bank transfer buy they have lots of way to take your money but when it comes to getting your profits they only have one single way and that's crypto unfortunately imma have to say goodbye to this propfirm ! As ftmo is way better just a tiny tiny bit more expensive and it's definitely worth it !

one week ago on weekend I holded my GOLD SELLING positions. There was an error in the gold price on this platform (dx trading) over the weekend (artificially inflated my account value)!! And that's why I exceeded the limit on my daily loss account, because it was a percentage of the artificially low gold price, which inflated the value of my account, because I had positions on gold declines (this is not about closed trades, but about the gold price error on the weekend when the market it was closed!!!(I artificially increased the value of the account)!!!unlock my account please, because I lost it due to an error on the dx trade platform!! on the weekend the price showed 2083...

I’ve had and still having troubling…

I’ve had and still having troubling experiences with skilled funded trader since I purchased 100k account over 2weeks ago. The longin credentials provided on the dashboard for DXT platform aren’t working, and don’t even want to use DXT platform, therefore as a non US citizen I requested them to change my account to cTrader which I’m more familiar with. Nothing has been done to salvage my concerns, I’ve sent several emails to them but resolution hasn’t been provided. I’m becoming increasingly frustrated and impatient especially after paying my funds to them since 29th. February

Poor ethics, customer service, & commissions

I bought a challenge account in Feb & company was to change over platforms. On Feb 22 I had open positions before end of day both SFT & old Platform owner froze account & made it invisible. I had no control over positions or ownership. Upon contacting support the rep said all would be transferred to new platform soon with original equity balance at time of freezing. Then on Feb 28, Tues I get notice from SFT that account is breached (failed) because they kept positions in place during invisible period to run them out of control to break allowable limits on equity. Upon contacting support they would not reinstate prior account equity (at time of freezing). Therefore I lost opportunity to make a profit & my original application fee was down the drain. This is an unethical practice & is handled much differently at competitors. Furthermore, SFT has commissions that are 40% above industry standard, has 5 pip restriction away from current price to enter limit orders, & has support procedure to keep cycling you on to a new email rep every time you communicate with them. This later response often starts with new rep asking what the story is because prior rep never gave him the info on the case. Very disorganized. They say go to website to find link to support but now there is none there. Overall very unprofessional & disorganized, poor ethics on fixing errors. Company makes money when U lose, so figure the incentive.

BANNED AND DENIED FOR NO REASON

Hi, i have a problem skilled denied my payout and banned all of my accounts for a fake reason ( they told me russia connection was detected but i never used a vpn or any external services, i always trade from my house with the same phone ), the connection occur at the same hour that i asked at Salim ( a member of the live chat at skilled ) that i got a problem with my dashboard ( who didn't worked ), the connection was during 1 minute and 30 secondes, no trades was placed during this time but it's no MY connection, skilled risk team didn't answer to any of my emails after weeks...

BOught to trade on MT5. now they changed me to another platform without my consent

customer services took 5 days to reply my message and 4 more days for following back. mostly bot to answer questions
I bought the account to trade on MT5, and on their term of services not allowing customer to change to another platfrom after they placed their first trade. guess what? they changed me to another platfrom and alot of traders without giving any other option, asking for refund because I didn't intend to buy to trade on another platform other than MT5. answerd was NO. probably they doing other stuff like MFF. not recemended

BEWARE TRADERS - SKILLED FUNDED TRADER IS A SCAM


13mar2024 - early morning i recevied an email saying both my accounts have been terminated.

i have 2x 200k funded accounts with SFT:

account 2019006 - this is a fresh 200k account which i have not traded on and have requested to switch to CTrader, which they were in the process of migration

account 2019110 - i have this account for more than a month and have received 1 payout so far (about 13k).

currently i am in profit of 38k when i got the termination notice

i requested for my next 2nd payout on the 11th of march (of about 13k), while waiting for payout, i checked with the Mod on general chat on discord if i could continue trading while waiting for a payout, and was given the green light to continue.

i do not trade using EAs, and do not trade during, prior and after 2mins after news event. and all my trades are mainly manual entries of 5lots on gold.

i was surprised to receive an email saying my payout is rejected and my BOTH my account being breached, even the account which i have not placed a single trade on!!

below are the screenshots of my account, asked the MODS, CEOS, RIZ, PALADIN, OMAR to help me look into situation as i believe i did not do anything wrong and trade within the rules.

i have spoken directly to @Wordsof_Rizdom , below are the screenshot of our conversation. shortly after his last reply, i got banned and removed from @SFTFirm discord channel.

Yes they got back to me upholding the breach and the decision they made as they showed the strategy being used wouldn’t be replicable onto live markets and is indicating a high risk/punting methods.

I know this isn’t the news you would want to hear and I apologise about that but the risk team has made their decision after analysing overall performance across all your accounts including the recent ones.

This company dont pay you out. If you made any profits they will simply come up with some BS about how you broke rules. They dont even bother to try telling you what rule you broke.

They denied my $26k payout and banned me, other firms where I took the same exact trade already paid me.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! THEY WILL COME UP WITH ANY EXCUSE TO NOT PAY YOU OUT.

My Account Breached Due to a Glitch in DX Trade But No Response From Team

I Have my 100k Challenge account in Phase 2. Last Friday, my Balance was 95k. And As per Say. ON monday, My Daily Drawdown of 5% should have been at 90k.
Due to a Glitch in DX Trade, On Saturday and Sunday, It Raised my Equity Suddenly to 1,04,000. And Set my Daily DD to 99k.

On Monday, As Markets Opened, It Again Came back to my Original Balance [95k] And Hit The Daily DD acc to 1,04,000.
