Love my sketcher experience in Rowlett (?) Tx. Staff very helpful. I also bought pair afraid I would have to return but nooooo they fit perfect. These were the black hikers with the pink hearts on the toes & hearts on sides.

Ik dacht stevige winterschoenen te kopen.maar niks is minder waar. Mooie Lederen schoenen dubbel gestikt. Maar het dubbel gestikt bleek een verkoop truckje te zijn.

Bought another two pair this week, to take my collection to 5. Every single pair have been excellent.

ELENDIG kvalitet og ELENDIG service!!

De fineste blinkesko blev købt, datteren var glad… dagen efter ibrugtagning var det første blink væk. Inden for to uger var der tre blink tilbage og velcro’en hang i laser. Dette blev - som andre også skriver - afvist som “almindeligt slid” da jeg ønskede ombytning eller erstatning.

Desværre havde jeg været to andre par igennem med - stort set - samme resultat (ret skal være ret, de holdt måske et par mdr.) uden at henvende mig til dem, fordi jeg tænkte vi havde været uheldige. Men tredje gang er vel også lykkens gang!?!

Og ja, denne sidste oplevelse er et år gammel (de to andre er fra tidligere år, så jeg tror ikke der er sket nogen udvikling af kvaliteten, især fordi min søster har oplevet nøjagtigt det samme med hendes børns sko), men nu hvor jeg er ved at google efter forårssko til poderne blev jeg mindet om, at jeg gerne vil være med til at spare andres penge og frustrationer!!

Synd man måste ens ge 1 stjärna vill inte ens ge noll!!

Som Tur finns det andra sko affärer där och som fick sålt skor !

The salesman was no help. I have 5 pairs of sketchers, They're ok but there is a little issue with all of them. But reason for me writing a review, which I rarely do, is the maniac that spams my text messages is really annoying. Every person responsible for allowing this needs to be fired. For that alone I'll never buy another sketcher.

Vandaag naar de Kalverstraat in Amsterdam geweest voor pantoffels. Helemaal 0 service, niet meedenken, alleen Engels sprekend, zonder pantoffels vertrokken. Via Nelson de pantoffels besteld, worden morgen GRATIS bezorgd. Kom hier nóóit meer.

Det er pæne sko, men de går alt for hurtigt i stykker.

Horrible customer service, actually, it's not horrible because it doesn't exist! 5 weeks ago, I reached out to Skechers about a 3 week old slip-on shoes that were starting to come apart and they sent me a mailing label to ship them back for them to reveiw. That was was Nov.5th and its now Dec. 15th and still no updates nor a confirmation that they received them. I called after 2 weeks and they said it will take 2-4 weeks for them to review and get back to me. Still, they have never initiated a call back or email. It's now 5 weeks and Skechers has been radio silent.
Totally unacceptable!

Had a great shopping experience at kolonnade sketchers my only concern is that sketchers doesn't have lay-by.. pay flex and pay just now options ... The staff is very friendly.

Returned trainers via UPS, tracking said delivered to Dock 🤷 I wanted to contact Sketchers by phone to ask if they had received item but no phone number. As they charge the earth for their shoes, I would expect them to make it easier for customers to contact them. Will not be buying any shoes from Sketchers any time soon.

My husband purchased a pair of Sketchers water resistant boots only 6 weeks ago .
The are wrecked -the toe area has completely come away from the soul ,so he is unable to wear them.

To say he is dissatisfied with them is an understatement .

I visited the Colchester store and made a purchase after exceptional help from Sally the assistant.
Nothing was too much trouble and she was very knowledgeable and professional.

Slipin har otroligt dålig kvalitet. Använda 6 månader och har stort hål. Deras support anser det är normalt slitage. Så dåligt.

The total experience in Colchester - Sally welcomed me gave me time to look asked if I would like assistance, advice given on my information given and my medical needs. Sizes selected for me to try and a good range time given with friendly proffessional approach and successful transaction made - a very happy customer indeed.

Kunne ikke bruge kopi af bankoverførsel som kvittering selvom der både var pris, sted, dato på, men fik dog byttet mine defekte sketchers alligevel. Måske er sketchers ikke så god en kvalitet alligevel

I visited the Sketchers shop in the Affinity Lancashire Outlet Village in Fleetwood to buy some comfortable safety boots. Having looked around the store for a couple of minutes I was approached by Kerry who offered to help me. Kerry was very knowledgeable and most attentive and helped me to come to the decision to buy the right pair of boots for me. Kerry was always smiling and cheerful and I left the store feeling uplifted.

Pas nu zie ik héél veel slechte ervaringen met skechers. Ook mijn slip ins zijn binnen 7 maanden helemaal stuk van binnen. Gezien de reclames en de hoge prijzen, dacht ik goede schoenen te hebben gekocht, maar helaas. De winkel waar ik ze gekocht heb, Scapino geeft niet thuis en ook Skechers zelf laat mij in de steek. Wat een reclame voor zo'n bedrijf. Ik kan iedereen aanraden om GEEN Skechers te kopen. Het is geld verspilling. Service tot aan de deur, geldt ook voor Scapino. Treurig!!
