SKATEPRO is always great at interacting with my son who likes to hunt down detailed information about products before buying them. A company with a meticulous approach to business.

The skates were late which was dissapointing. Also if you take the break off the boot is too long to put back on could do with supplying a smaller bolt incase of removing break.

The shipping took longer than expected but the product and price was good.

5 star. Couldn’t have asked for better. My product was dispatched quickly and arrived earlier than the expected delivery date. Very happy. Would deffo shop here again.

Ordered my skates on the Wednesday and were delivered on the Monday. Would have been sooner if Sunday not been in the way.

had a question for the customer service team at Skatepro, they went above and beyond to help me make sure i was making the correct purchase.
you dont get that kind of help from suppliers anymore, they smashed it out of the park.

SkatePro are a misleading company, with unclear website. First order, only got four wheels. Then had to order the next set as two roller skates. Then 2nd order had to order more wheels and bearings, which stated two per wheel needed. Doubled order, but then got too many. Asked to return was told i have to pay 5.95 to return. Shocking customer services. Long distance selling regs in UK !!!

I am very happy to buy inline skates and its bag, it’s high quality and good service, I received my order after 5~6 days.

I bought a Trampoline scooter for my child 6 months ago and the handlebar came apart. I contacted SkatePro asking for assistance to arrange a replacement for that part, sent photos and because the bolt (which is the only steel part) shows some surface rust, they said I hadn't looked after it.

It had been stored dry in the shed when not in use, but SkatePro say that isn't a suitable place to keep such an item. Shocking! I never knew that sheds weren't the right places for bikes, scooters or skateboards. In SkatePro's eyes, they must be kept safely in the house next to a radiator I assume.

I pushed back on their poor excuses and their last suggestion was that I attempt to try and repair it myself and tighten up the pieces, using the 'rusted bolt' that they had implied was faulty!

It is just disgusting that they wont accept any responsibility for a part that has failed.

Terrible AFTERSALES. Took weeks for items to come. My 7 old has been doing jobs all year to save for a pair of blades. They’ve come faulty so the clip doesn’t do up (fine if I’d spend £30 on them but they were just under £100!) They wanted to spend me pieces that I would then need to drill to make work (hopefully). When I said I couldn’t do this they said I would need to return them for a refund. However the only company they would return them via is based 25mins away (meaning just under an hour round trip). When I asked for money to pay for a taxi to do this they’ve refused and said that they won’t use any other delivery service (loads of other services within walking distance!) I am now left with faulty blades and also an unhappy son (that definitely isn’t getting blades anytime soon! (Please bear that our order in total came to just under £500!) Everything is coming from outside the UK and therefore difficult for us to get the correct aftersales. I’m tempted to return our whole order just from lack of support from them!

Found what we were looking with ease, fast delivery, kept updated on all delivery details. 100% would recommend to friends and family.
