What made my experience so exceptional was the incredible guidance from Hav and Reshma. They put a strong emphasis on deep learning and truly understanding our work as deal sourcers, making sure we genuinely master what we do rather than just going through the motions. Hav and Reshma have created a fantastic property deal sourcing community. Their training is second to none, and the Hold My Hand Sourcing element gives me the confidence to source and negotiate deals myself. Knowing that Sitefindr has an extensive database of investors for the deals I find is great too. I don't have to find the buyers, and I don't have to deal with the sale to completion. They also helped me to become a fully compliant deal sourcer with their Become Compliant service. My experience with them couldn't have been better.

After I finished my sourcing course, I was largely left to figure things out on my own, which can be very isolating. The added bonus is that you can actually do business with them, which is great, as it removes one more obstacle and gives you a real chance to learn and grow your business fast.

I’ve been using SiteFindr.co.uk and its learning platform as a newbie starting my property sourcing journey, and I’ve found it extremely helpful.

I’ve learned so much about different property types, industry terminology, strategies and, most importantly, how to analyse potential property opportunities. The live sessions with experienced experts have also been a great way to learn from real examples and gain a better understanding of the property sourcing process.
