My appointment was with medical director Dr Oisin.
Nice clinic however the treatment here is by far the smallest units of botox I've ever received in an appointment in the past 12 years. 9 injections for 4 areas.
Needless to say I'll be back for my top up and return to my regular salon in Liffey Valley.
Wouldn't recommend Sisu on this basis.

Had a great appointment today with dr singo. She is excellent. I highly recommend her.

Very poorely trained staff. Dont be fooled that this is a Dr led clinic. They are in the business of MONEY and money only. I had a Nurse inject my botox with no prior review by a doctor. I asked her did she have a botox prescription from a Doctor and she didnt have one. This seemed very dodgy because i was told that if a nurse is injecting botox than the dose needs to be prescribe by a Dr. She had VERY little knowledge about the treatment and was unable to answer a lot of questions that I had. My face was botched and asymertrical for weeks. I will never go back to SISU. The two DRs who run the place, advertise themselves as surgeons but I checked the irish medical register and they are not qualified Surgeons. THEY ARE CLOWNS. Stay clear of this kip. PS I hear that these "Surgeons" are now offering walk in walk out blepheroplasties to the public. BIG RED FLAG.

Not recommended this clinic at all!!I booked an appointment through WhatsApp and confirmed the promotional price of £175 with the staff multiple times. However, when I got to the cashier, the lady tried to charge me £777, which shocked me. I showed her the conversation confirming the total price of £175, but she claimed it was a mistake and that I needed to call the clinic to get the promotional discount. This felt like a scam to charge me for more expensive services. I told her I would call the police to resolve the issue, and eventually, she accepted the £175, but she refused to schedule my second session for the top-up.

Went to Sisu in Naas and Dr was lovely but I felt she barely injected my forehead. Putting around 4 needles in my whole forehead. My frown is perfect and no movement but after a week I have full movement in my forehead. I know it takes 2 weeks to take but after having Botox around 10 times previously I know how it feels when it is setting in and I honestly feel my whole forehead was not treated. When I rang I spoke to a manager Niamh she was very defensive on the phone kept telling me I was raising my voice I think trying to have an excuse to hang up on me. Never apologised once or listened to my complaint. Very upset after spending over 200 euro. Would not recommend.

Got my lips done in Castleknock Clinic. I would never ever recommend it to anyone. End upI lost money and confidence. My lips looked more asymmetric than before.Had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I am pretty sure they are using poor quality products.

Dr Susanna is absolutely Phenomenal- I left absolutely GLOWING and so confident in my skin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I saw the comment about the person who got her botox done by James mine was done by james cotter just wanted to know if anyone else in the comment area have James too.lf it's the same person Wish l had read the reviews on here before l went to the sisu clinic l have the same problem one of my eyebrows has dropped completely and my eyelid is
cover over l can barely see and can't put eyeshadow on it looks disgusting and l look ten years older l got in done in Limerick l posted a review on Google but it was taken down you had the option of leaving a picture before but now it's gone because l wanted to show how bad the results are the before and after pictures but you can't do that anymore l wonder why.

I had been going to Sisu in Cork for years but two days ago I had Botox done in Douglas and I now have a drooping eye lid on one side. James did my Botox and seemed really rushed when doing it even though I was early to my appointment. I have an event in a few days and my face looks lopsided now. I am going to ask them to fix it tomorrow and I will update the review about the customer service but I am very disappointed now with my results.

have been going here for over a year. The management has changed and with it so has the quality of the service. I booked for a treatment and ladies cut. What I got was no treatment and the worse hair cut I have ever had. The fringe was so badly cut I had to cut it myself. The length was uneven with long strands left in the middle. The rest of my boat was also uneven - one side slightly longer the other. When I did get it cut again - within 2 weeks somewhere else, I was told the uneven cut was everywhere.
I would have left a review directly with the salon as usual but at checkout the staff cancelled my appointments - ladies cut and treatment and out it through differently so I didn’t get the link to a review and on my account it shows as cancelled by me.
I would give no stars and would advise not to book- seriously gone down hill.

Dr Alexandra is a wonder. I feel so much more confident and happy with my appearance after some subtle procedures over the past several months. Thank you!!

Thank you so much Dr Sofia Haffajee for my polynucleoide treatments I had very little pain and the results are just amazzing. Dr Sofia listens and explains if i had any concerns. She takes her time with me and makes me feel at ease.
Highly recommend and i am booked in again

Excellent clinic however, booking follow up appointments without your consent is wrong. It shouldn’t happen.

Not happy as with other company’s who offer Botox

I am currently standing outside Sisu clinic Naas..where I am due to have an appointment at 5.30pm.
I received confirmation of this appointment but the place is locked up!
I have been trying to ring the central phone number for 20 minutes but no luck...just irrating recorded messages.
What a disastrous non.experience. I see on the door it days our clients love us 2022 and 2023..
What a joke

I was alarmed at how much sugar are in these products a small dring contains 23.5 g of sugar when max daily is only 30g. they are just ultra processed gimmicks masquerading as health products.

I've been attending Sisu clinics since Dec 2020, and I have always found the service and aftercare great and have sent a lot of business their way. But unfortunately I am disappointed with my last appointment.

Alex was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Treatment was painless.

However when I received a follow-up email to review the service after 2 weeks. I replied that I had a concern and wasn't 100% happy with the results. This email was never replied to or acknowledged. I am due my botox next month and now I am reconsidering attending Sisu and taking my business elsewhere which is a pity as I've always had a pleasant experience at the clinic.
