Ruth was incredible! Full of knowledge and made me so comfortable during my treatment. I will be going to her from now on for all skin related things, couldn’t recommend her enough.

I had BBL and Halo done with Ruth today. She was no knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly. The clinic was beautiful and spotlessly clean.

The Avoca clinic left me scarred and deform indentations in my skin . Now they won’t return my emails or letters .

I had a closed rhinoplasty and face excision with Dr Fabio I cant recommend this place enough, He is highly skilled and really listens, they put me right at ease the moment I met them, and listened to all my concerns, the staff are so friendly I felt right at home nearly lol and I felt so calm and excited, I have booked in for another procedure very soon and am very excited thank you for all your care to the Avoca team you really are wonderful

I would give this no stars if I could. I had a mammy makeover at avoca in 2022 that I was not satisfied with at all. My tummy tuck scar looks horrific. I was left with a bulge and my scar looks like someone just drew a zigzag across my stomach, theres actually an indentation in my stomach because of it. One of my breast implants sat on a nerve that caused me so much pain I couldnt even touch that boob it was excrutiating for months so much so I had them removed in another clinic 6 months after getting them in at the avoca (all at my own expense!) When I asked for consultations I was told it is normal to feel the pain I felt and it would subside which still did not. I was told my tummy tuck scar can be recut and fixed which I was not happy or willing to do as I lost all trust in the doctor who performed my surgery but he obviously agreed the job he done was awful as he agreed to redo at no cost. The doctor has since left the avoca. Please do be careful and do your research on your doctor before going ahead with your surgery.

I had a breast lift with reduction to one breast 18 months ago. Surgeon Dr Dejan was absolutely brilliant and I adore my new breasts! price wise i feel its very expensive i have had more plastic surgery since for a fraction of the price, when i asked the avoca for a price on an upper bleph it kept changing . I feel the admin let the place down slightly though, they sent invoices to me for money owed after I had paid in full and I had to chase up a receipt for a few days. I had the wrong date of birth on my hospital band. Food was lovely and so was Jill who minded me throughout the night. Date was January 2025

i went for a consult appointment for a breast reduction and was greeted with such kindness and warmth in the cork clinic and after a good chat with Dr Elena and the staff i was booking in for my surgery for a month later , everyone was so kind and it made the procedure all the less scary , as i was only 19

No pain, and very little swelling or bruising.

I attended The Avoca Clinic in January 2026 for a breast reduction. Every single step of the process from my first consultation to my surgical review post op was nothing short of 5 star care. Everyone I met from the Amazing Dr.Dejan to Liz, Jill, Ciara & Siobhan everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible care & results. The procedure itself was easy for me with recovery being straight forward. I am now 7 months post op and feel amazing, the surgery gave me a whole new lease of life being able to go about my day without back & neck pain. To anyone considering the procedure I can not recommend it and the Avoca enough. To all the staff thank you for taking such great care of me.

Wow! Avoca Clinic.. where do I even begin! I got Vaser liposuction and renuvion by Dr Eleni and the experience was nothing short than exceptional. I am always working abroad and Avoca Clinic was the only clinic that was able to accommodate my schedule and fit me in for surgery. I am now on day 17 after surgery and I have never felt so amazing and can’t wait to see the end result. Dr Eleni and all the team at Avoca are spectacular and the consistent follow ups from the clinic checking in with me made me feel like a person that mattered and not just another number. I've attended both the Menopause Suite with Dr. Louise and seen Dr. Eleni for injectables, and the standard of care has been exceptional throughout. Dr. Louise is compassionate, understanding and takes the time to truly listen, which makes a huge difference when navigating perimenopause and the changes that come with it. It's refreshing to have a dedicated space where you feel heard and supported.

In December 2025 I had an extended tummy tuck, lipo and a breast lift and reduction.
I cannot say how happy I was with the whole process. Everyone from the administration team to medical team were incredible. Consistently felt in safe hands. Every question or concern was dealt with the most respect and compassion.
After operation when I felt unwell after the anaesthesia the nurse held my hand. The night nurses helped me without me having to ask and Siobhan the aftercare nurse was unbelievable.
So happy with my results and the best decision I have made for myself.

I made an appointment for consultation for blepharoplasty In the meantime I researched the doctor who is Italian only to find shocking reviews where he's been sued in his own country. I screenshot the reviews sent them to the avoca to confirm this is the man they intend letting loose on people. Did get a response and didn't turn up for the consolation. So please please be careful The white smile clinic gives them 5 star But when I reviewed on there it wasn't published I was told the avoca choice what review is So don't believe 5 star it's rubbish
