Dear Jo Clark,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction you've expressed regarding our products and services.
Concerning the origin of our products, it is important to note that we are meticulous in our selection of suppliers, and all our products are subject to quality checks to ensure they meet our brand's requirements.
Regarding the refund policy, we would like to clarify that we offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill to customers who may find the return not practical. However, we do also offer full refunds after customers return the product.
However, we are currently facing a hurdle as we have been unable to locate your order in our system, nor can we find any associated message records. This makes it difficult for us to comprehensively assess the situation.
To resolve this matter expeditiously, we kindly request that you provide us with essential information such as the order number, the mailbox the order is under, and any relevant communication details. This will enable us to conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate corrective actions.
We value your feedback and are committed to improving our customer experience. We hope you will cooperate with us to allow us to address this issue to your satisfaction.
Best regards,

Dear Jess,
We are extremely sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience with our company. We take your feedback very seriously and would like to address your concerns.
Regarding the sizing issue, we are sorry that the product did not fit as expected. However, our request for pictures was optional, and it was to better assess the situation for the return process, but we understand it might have come across as unprofessional, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
We are also sorry if you felt that your emails were being ignored. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide.
In order to further investigate this matter and resolve it as quickly as possible, could you please provide us with your order number? This will help us look into the details of your purchase and the communication history and then follow up on the return.
We hope that you will give us an opportunity to make things right and improve your perception of our company.

Very disappointed in my purchase
Very disappointed in my purchase. My mom fell in love with a sweatshirt, I really hesitated ordering, I went ahead and ordered. The sweatshirt came, it looks nothing like the picture. The product I received looks like a polyester type material with all the coloring and design stamped on the material. I sent an email for a refund a week ago and have still yet to hear anything back. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Ordered 2 dresses and a mystery box
Ordered 2 dresses and a mystery box. Received the mystery box and nothing else. Keep emailing and they tell me it's delivered, and tell me to contact UPS. UPS has no idea what should be in the package. Can't seem to get what I paid for. Still no dresses. Should have gone with my gut on this when I read the other reviews about terrible service and not receiving what is ordered. Insult to injury just spoke with the postal service that the one package I received had counterfeit postage on it, and it came from China to the U.S. and had another return label placed over it. So NO, it is not two sisters from South Africa!

avoid buying on this site. copy the image from their site on Aliexpress and buy for 1/4 of the price. scam company terrible aftersales and you do not gain any benefit from buying through them. i am glad that i ordered through credit card and they helped me get a refund. absolutely horrible company!
Update:
As you can see generic nonsense as reply to my review to make it look like they are genuine. Just avoid them to lose your money and buy their product direct from Ali or go for quality brands.
