Professional company, have been working with Sirus over the past 6 years, I found them helpful all the time

We have been using Sirus for some 8/9 years now. They handled our relocation with the type of professionalism rarely seen in companies these days, installing data, CCTV and new telephone system. For us as a company, the most important part of any company is their customer service. They answer every call quickly are very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable and have sorted any issues very quickly. One of our cameras recently became inoperable, we contacted the company and the next day Jordan from the technical support team arrived and fixed the issue and somehow got the camera up and running again very quickly.

One of your sales guys visited us and spoke to another director at our company promising huge discounts. Naturally we googled the company reviews and when he followed up, I advised we would not be using their services due to the bad reviews. He called back and tried to speak with another director, then emailed him too trying to undermine my decision! Simply solidifies the reviews here of this company.

Not at all happy and will not renew contract when it ends. They have a very underhand way of adding many extras which are unwanted, which add up to hundreds extra. We were promised this new contract would be a cheaper option than current one, it is far from cheaper and now we are stuck with them. AVOID

I trusted Sirus salesperson Bryan Baxter when he visited to sell me a new phone system and broadband. I should have listened to the reviews on Trustpilot before even speaking with Sirus.
Bryan sold me a full phone and broadband package without disclosing any of the hiked prices that will follow after their initial introduction period. He didn’t explain that there would be further hidden charges for Sirus ‘add ins’ like technical assistance etc.
Then I need to explain his and Sirus underhand way of signing customers into leasing agreements with Grenke leasing for the equipment. Equipment that would cost me around £700 to buy outright will end up costing me around £18,000. Bryan managed to research previous occupancy of the property we use and placed this company on the lease agreement. He then covered the company name and address when he very quickly asked for my signatures.
Thankfully our office cctv system shows his tactics very clearly. I have a fraudulent lease agreement in a company name that hasn’t traded for more than 5 years. All in all the selling tactics are quite disturbing and disgusting. Anyone considering a new phone system… steer clear of these cowboys!
I’m currently using CAB, A solicitor, Ofcom and the FSB to show everyone exactly how they work. Local newspapers are my next port of call for Sirus, their sales tactics (which looking at these reviews are very common practice) and not to mention the mighty Mr Baxter, a prison sentence is far to lenient for him!

MIS-SOLD AGREEMENT / LYING SALESMEN WHO HID PAPERWORK FROM US / AWFUL QUALITY PHONES - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Mr B.B, met us in our office to go through what Sirus could do for us. Normal telecom sales talk, confirmed how much Sirus would charge, confirmed it was including broadband and no other payments and much better phones etc etc. Then found we had a lease after 5 weeks, he purposely hid pages of the contract we signed. We have now found out its PLUS broadband and we have so many minutes per/month when he told us all calls included, not good for an estate agent on the phones all day!! The service just as bad, technical issues on ringing, loosing calls, had to remove on hold marketing which was a benefit etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - SENT IN FORMAL COMPLAINT, NO CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT STILL

Great service from Bryan at Sirus telecom and very happy with the new phone system. Great company to deal with.

Agreed to meet before I read reviews so cancelled meeting, was persuaded to keep the appointment and give them a chance as the reviews are apparently all fake!

Well, gave them a chance and can confirm that the reviews are highly likely to be accurate, absolute time wasters that use fake statements and promises of grants and or discounts to secure appointments and then try to charge 4 or 5 times higher than a reputable firm OR lock people into a long contract with pay monthly lease.

Just trust your gut and save your time.

Before there is any response to this review or accusations if being a competitor or any other nonsense, I am a business myself and have a retail shop, I have never dealt with this bunch before and am never likely to in the future, simply placing an honest review on here to help others avoid.

Poor services scams and prudential fraud do not trust this company its a scam my friend got into this and its a big fraud Be Aware !!

They are clueless thugs with terrible customer service. They are trying to create their own market with their terrible behaviour. Would never recommend them!

Scammers!!!! Avoid this company! Cost me fortune to change my contract from the third Party company.

Don’t sign the contract with them friend of mine signed a contract for 1 year according to his knowledge but he didn’t read it well after signing the contract he got to know that it’s a 7 years contract and then he decided to cancel the contract but they said if you have to cancel the contract You’ll need to pay 10k pounds that’s really unethical tactic i mean why would you pay 10k pounds for cancellation of contract so plz don’t fall for it you can do contract if u think its worth it but just remember in future if you decide to cancel it make sure you have 10k pounds in your pocket.

Do Not turst this company,They are scam and avoid signing contract with them.they are telling less time but afterword you find what sort of hammer you get.

We were sold the dream by Brian but having read the reviews we carefully checked the small print, turns out the price quoted was only an introductory price and then increased considerably. There were other charges added to the "order form" that Brian failed to mention. So glad we did some research and checked out the reviews. Brian is a very good sales person, very slick - don't be sucked in - read all the documentation carefully or AVOID like we did. We are considering making a complaint to the ombudsman.
