Met with Ed a few weeks back to look at our options. What I appreciated is he actually took the time to look at our existing bills rather than just pitching the top package. Ended up with something genuinely cheaper than we were paying before. Will see how it goes long term but the start has been good.

Phone system itself is great, no complaints there. Sound is clear, app works on my mobile, and the engineer (think his name was Dan?) did a tidy job. Only thing I'd say to anyone signing up go through the paperwork line by line before signing. We had to query a couple of extras that weren't mentioned in the meeting. Once sorted, all good.

Switched over from BT last month and was bracing myself for the usual nightmare. Got hold of Stuart for the install and he had us up and running in an afternoon. Walked the receptionist through the handsets and left his direct number in case anything cropped up. Two weeks in, zero issues.

Ryan, was with me all the way. He sent out a technician as the internet was so intermittent. The repair man came called Kenny, he was helpful and we thought all was up and running again. However it kept cutting out. Ryan has been keeping an eye on the situation and all is working properly again.
Sirus made this as smooth as possible.

The whole process was explained in terms that the team and myself could understand at all times, and the training delivery at the end of the instal by Jordan.

Happy with the phone system and the service has been reliable. Only reason for 4 stars is it took a bit longer than expected to get everything up and running initially but once it was live it's been faultless. Support team are always helpful when I call.

Stuart and the engineer did a great job installing our CCTV across two sites. Professional, tidy and finished ahead of schedule.

Rob was brilliant, came in and looked at everything we had, phones, broadband, even our energy bills, and found us savings across the board. Not pushy at all, just laid it all out and let us decide. That's rare with telecom companies in my experience.

We've been with Sirus about 3 years now for our office phones and broadband. Anytime we've had an issue the support team have been quick to sort it. Ed originally set us up and made sure we were on the right package for our size. Good company to deal with.

Our overall experience with Sirus has been great. Jordan and Dan set up the phone systems efficiently and answered all our questions with no problems.

We joined Sirrus in December 2025. Ed, the sales manager, was a decent bloke who explained how everything would work, and initially it all sounded great, including some potential cost savings compared to our previous system. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives largely ended.

The installation itself went smoothly, but the engineer left before even a temporary divert was working properly. The system seemed fine for the first week or so, but then the call quality dropped dramatically. We now really struggle to understand calls on the supplied handsets.

We were told this is due to the broadband line rather than the phone system, as the broadband is supplied by another provider. However, we were under the impression that Sirrus would be handling the switch of both lines and broadband together, which turned out not to be the case. We have since been offered broadband through them at additional cost, which we feel should have been made clear and included as part of the original discussions.

We reported the call quality issues in early January 2026 and, as of the end of February 2026, we are still waiting for a proper resolution.

Based on our experience, I would recommend others carefully consider their options before committing to this provider.

They provide us an excellent service. I have been dealing with Jordan Cull. Very helpful and quick to respond to queries.
