Modern Kitchen Appliances Arvostelua

Company has no phone number. My order was delayed by a very long time. I asked the company to cancel my order and refund. But they did not do that despite promising to do so, by email.

Amazing service, super quick and professional delivery and great communication.

Delivered on time and a great replacement . Hope it last as long an old one. Easy to fit and looks good quality.

I have just ordered and received a rare 36cm duo induction AEG hob which I could not source elsewhere. The hob arrived when expected and is working well with a 12 month guarantee.
Great service and saved me cutting a granite worktop.

Excellent experience from order to delivery.
Modern Kitchens staff assisted me replacing a part damaged in transit with no quibble and got the part to me in super quick time while maintaining communication throughout.
Highly recommend this company.

Found this company on line, they were very efficient and great value for money. Easy to order and no problems whatsoever.

Excellent service. Never knew of this company before but I will certainly be recommending them. Simple to order & a very quick delivery.

Excellent service great delivery service.

The fact that the order went through without any problems. I had to change the delivery date as I would be on holiday. It came last Wednesday & the driver brought it in to the kitchen for me. I would certainly let people know how good your company is.

I ordered a kitchen hob over 3 weeks ago and till mow have not received it or heard any word from them to say what the update on delivery is they won’t even respond to when I ask for a refund

I m happy with my blanco sink, super satisfied with its quality and color as described. Great price compared to others. 2 days super fast delivery. Happy buying!

Frankie tap is high quality. It was well packaged and with fitting instructions
Delivery was however pretty slow

BE WARNED - Don’t buy Blanco products from them. They are NOT authorised Blanco retailers. Blanco will not accept warranty claims and refer you back to Modern Kitchen Appliances- who do not answer any emails about defects/warranty claims and have no phone number. They have no interest in resolving any after sales issues.

Order placed and appliance delivery was in under 24hrs can't ask for anything better than that.

The induction hob we ordered was delivered comfortably within the advised 7-10 working days and comfortably within the advised delivery window. So far, it's working perfectly. The only snag is that amongst the bundle of supplied manuals there isn't one in English.
