What went wrong , well my emails have been ignored.The issue was in Relation to the Kildare Village Shop which has now closed. In all my years of being a decent Customer to many many stores I never experienced the likes of Sinead Keary. One good message got through to me from their Silence.............Never buy Online and never buy from this brand again.

How disappointing!
I want to support independent brands and I was very happy with the quality of my item. It was too big so I sent it back for exchange and paid for the return myself.
The item was delivered back to them two weeks ago and they will not acknowledge my emails despite having sent many.
I run my own business and my customer service is same day. Im left with no choice but to leave this review because it’s inexcusable. Extremely disappointed!

Loved every piece I've purchased from Sineadkeary. Great quality and the fit is excellent. It would be great though if midi skirts and trousers were sized for smaller women. I bought 2 midi skirts and they are longer than midi on me but ok. I'm reluctant to purchase trousers as they would require alteration so it's prohibitive because of additonal cost, effort and risk that the look/cut of the trousers would be affected.

Not true to size ordered a vest top size 10 came it would fit a size 14 way to big if ordering go down a size or two

Another beautiful Becky camisole/skirt/blouse combo. Even better that they were discounted. I had to exchange the Becky camisole for a smaller size and it was straight forward enough. It did take almost 10 days from sending one back and receiving new one but worth it.

There was no fault whatsoever with the item and it was a lovely jacket but not suitable for me ..

We’re glad to hear you liked the jacket, even though it wasn’t quite right for you. I can confirm that your return was received at our Galway office and your refund has now been processed. You should see the funds back in your account shortly, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Inconsistency in sizing.
Tried the Chloe Blue dress while shopping in Kildare Village. Unfortunately, the in-store dress had a visible lipstick stain and was the last available in my size. I was advised to purchase it online instead, which I did — incurring a postage charge. When the dress arrived, it did not fit due to a complete inconsistency in sizing. I then had to pay again to return it. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won’t be making a second purchase.
