I forgive the very long delivery as it is a small company (1 month and I restarted them for that) ... But no mention of the french VAT when I order it sucks so much as I am on the fr/fr site. Customers please make attention you will pay 20% more via french customs. Je pardonne le long délai de livraison d'1 mois (en relançant au bout de 2 semaines sans nouvelles) ... Mais ils ne préviennent pas que la TVA n'est pas inclue ce qui rajoute 20% automatiquement à la douane. C'est affligeant car le site est français en fr/fr.

J'ai acheté un lightgun chez Sinden qui au final ne me convenait pas (trop lourd pour mon poignet abimé)
J'ai demandé le retour à George, qui m'a immédiatement répondu et donné son accord.
Envoi à ma charge avec declaration en douane à faire (compter 20 euros) et une semaine plus tard colis arrivé et remboursé dans l'heure via PayPal

donc au final très bonne expérience client

je rappelle que Sinden est en Angleterre, donc avec Brexit il y a des droits de douane a payer (34 euros). c'est écrit en page d'accueil du site, en bas

bought a light gun from Sinden that ultimately didn't suit me (too heavy for my injured wrist).
I asked George to take it back, and he replied immediately and agreed.
I paid for shipping and customs declaration (around €20), and a week later the package arrived and I was refunded within an hour via PayPal.

So, overall, a very good customer experience.

I should point out that Sinden is based in England, so with Brexit there are customs duties to pay (€34). This is stated at the bottom of the website's home page

J’ai commandé plusieurs produits Sinden (pistolets avec recul + étuis de rangement) pour un montant de plus de 300 €.
À la réception du colis, grosse surprise : on me demande de payer des droits de douane, alors que cela n’est indiqué nulle part sur le site au moment de l’achat.

C’est inadmissible : on prend le client en otage après la commande, sans aucune information préalable.
Si j’avais su que des frais supplémentaires allaient s’ajouter, je n’aurais probablement jamais commandé.

Pour une boutique de cette taille, la transparence est le minimum, et ce manque d’honnêteté nuit gravement à la confiance.
Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande pas.

Wouldn’t go back. Slowest delivery times and a complete lie. Website says “shipped within 3/4 days” emailed them to find out the shipping times are 10-14 plus an extra several days for delivery. They need to update the website regularly. Still no updates.

Edit: Finally received the item and I was shocked at how disgracefully poor this is. Laggy and cheap and nasty. 100 quid I won’t be getting back.

I have had two of these guns for over a year and still haven't been able to play them, I have followed the instructions sent but no joy and every time I ask for help they send the same link as before. For the cost of these I would expect the guns to have the settings pre installed! But as they are not I don't trust this company even see if the product works before sending them out. Don't waste your money I have had a meda team take a look and they can't even get them work with my reto boss console.

It's a small start up so don't expect the ridiculous amazon delivery times.

They provide an excellent product and clear communication.

An absolute disgraceful customer service.
They don't mention anywhere that the order can take up to 2 week, even if you are in the UK. They don't send you a tracking number unless you ask for it and what you will find out is that they only printed a label while the actual product has not been dispatched yet. No apologies or refund. The worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Even worse than Temu.
The expensive price is not worth the horrible experience.

I ordered my lightgun after watching reviews about the quality and ease of use using a sinden light gun. My initial order didn't say anywhere about a 3 week waiting period until I received a confirmation of my order and money was paid. I'm now half way through week 6 and still waiting for my order. I asked fora refund but was meet with a tracking number at which I thought fine but as of yet Royal mail hasn't received my parcel 3 days later, I can only assume they printed out a tracking label to stop me claiming a refund. Disappointed
