Excellent and fast service

Excellent sevice having had to exchange Wellington boots for a different size, I had a quick response to my email enquiry regarding the exchange and the new boots arrived the next day. Very efficient and I would certainly recommend Sinclairs.

Quality Brands

Ordered two purses & a handbag in the sale. Sinclairs stock high quality brands. The items were nicely presented & well packed. Despatch was quick & tracked.

This company does not even earn one…

This company does not even earn one star. If I could add photos you would understand what a scam this company is. Sure they will let you return the item but the postage is to CHINA!

Please note that all our products are dispatched from our UK warehouse located in Doncaster, and all returns are processed through the same facility. We do not request customers to return items to China.

I’m kinda disappointed your shop…

I’m kinda disappointed your shop service,
after I wrote Email to tell you that Someone: Flam Lin is a Internet Fraudster who Used my credit card to buy designer bags on your website, please stop the local logistics delivery package and cancel his consumption goods, but the response I got was disappointing.

Please know that we take all reports of fraudulent activity seriously. In this case, we received your email after the order had already been dispatched, and unfortunately, at that stage, we were unable to intercept the shipment through our logistics partner.

As we mentioned in our previous correspondence, we are more than willing to fully cooperate with PayPal's investigation process to resolve this situation. Since your initial message, we have not received any further updates or dispute notifications from PayPal. If you have filed a claim with them, please do let us know or forward any reference number so we can assist promptly.

Longchamp cosmetic bag…

Found a Longchamp cosmetic bag I'd been searching for but which had been discontinued. The price was good and the condition new. Ordering online was easy and delivery was prompt. The little bag was beautifully wrapped.
