Absolutely disgraceful product.. Total scam

Hi just reading a review by a 1 star customer there is a website called Sinclair Dublin
You trade Sinclairs in UK
The Irish one is a scam & goes by different names all the time selling their stock at 50% off
Goods are from China & awful quality & sizing
They pretend they are Irish & use Irish first names on their emails .
I understand your frustration at the 1 star review from a customer thinking it was your company but these people will continue to pretend they are yourselves until you try get their site taken down
Hope you manage to do this
Google Sinclair Dublin & it will show you what they falsely are selling.

my only minor gripe - would have loved a discount code or free delivery as this was my first order

I paid £6.95 for 48 hour delivery for my husbands birthday and it took 7 days from ordering to arrive. Really disappointed and poor service.

My Hunter Wellington boots came really quickly and I was kept up to date with their delivery journey. The boots themselves are very comfortable and sturdy with good grip, my pug decided to slip his harness and bolt down the road and I pursued him in the wellies which were surprisingly easy to run in!

I placed an order for my wife’s boots during the Black Friday sale, with free carriage included. I was told the goods had been shipped, so I didn’t look elsewhere. Today I’ve been informed the order has been fully refunded instead.

No explanation. No replacement. And I’ve now missed all the Black Friday offers because I believed the item was already on the way.

Really poor service and very misleading. If the item wasn’t available, I should have been told immediately — not told it had shipped. I won’t be ordering again.

Good shopping, but the custom fee was missing during the checkout, so I was very surprised when I received the object. I think that it was fare to put a warning when it is selected a Europe Country. I don't buy anymore from this site.
