Quality of product good - post sales, beware!!
Ordered a Simspace 2, ultramax screen and Square Golf launch monitor. First time tiring to build a golf sim. The simspace enclosure was v good quality, very pleased with it. As advertised (UK) I should also have rec'd a full metal jacket with my launch monitor, however they (distributor in UK is a company called Second Chance) refused to send it to me. Started haggling with discounts when it should have clearly been free!! Everything escalated to one of the directors (Patrick Daniels) who just ignores you.....so quality of product v good however if you have any post sales issues....beware!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Stole my money, lost my order and now won’t refund my money. Almost 2 months of promised delivery with zero resolution.

First Golf Simulator
Buying my first simulator enclosure from Simspace Golf was a breeze. The all‑in‑one bundle simplified the process, also their competitive pricing and promotions (free balls and side netting) were a great bonus. Support was fast, friendly, and efficient throughout. Shipping had a small hiccup, but not any fault of Simspace Golf — everything arrived fine in the end. Highly recommend!

Easy setup and helpful support!
Bought my enclosure on their website. It was easy to set up, but I had some trouble attaching the screen on my own. Gave them a quick call and they explained how to do it, super helpful. Great service!
