The first women who helped me was difficult to understand and didn't seem to have a good working knowledge of the product. By my third call I connected with someone who understood the product and escalated when necessary. Bottom line we are still not sure why I lost my side scan icon on the home page.

Just found out the hard way that since my unit is out of warranty, they won’t even look at it unless I give them my credit card and agree to buy someone else’s pre-broken unit for half price. I doubt they’ll even look at it if I send it in, they’ll just wait a couple days and mail me another POS.

I had to buy a power cable because the unit that u sent me to replace the 1 month old radar riddled with error codes had everything but a power cable in the box. The no name on the the dome unit that was sent out had an ethernet cable and the waterproof boot for the power cable end but no power cable. Paid $45 extra dollars for 2nd day air finally received product 6 days later. Lost 4wks on the water for lack of quality control on the assembly line.$1,900 broken unit right out of the box.

I purchased a Simrad Cruise 9. It would be nice if the sun cover was includedq and not an accessory, also a little disappointed that my lake is not included in the maps. I understand that it came with USCoastal maps but i am on the west coast of Florida. All the other less expensive units ive owned have had both.
On the upside I do like the unit over all and the order was processed and shipped very quickly even with standard shipping.

Delivery was great. However your site doesn’t list all options for cables, the radar cable I ordered is 30 m that was the only one presented in your search. While looking for a different cable altogether I came across a 10 m radar cable that is much more suitable for my boat. It was a $100 difference. At this point I’ll have to pay to ship it back and wait for a new one. Which would delay installing and cost even more fees from the boat yard. It seems a bit deceitful.

I purchased a Cruise 7 the power cable started to heat up. I email support. I was asked a million questions asked to send serial number purchase receipt, location and so many other questions. I did exactly what I was asked. Then when you could not ask for anything else. I received an email and told you can by one on our website. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. for a $16.00 item, never again.

Asked about mounting the GPS unit on a binnacle on sailboat. Failed to answer

The worst service I have ever had to deal with. I have received the wrong item and still have not heard back from Simrad. When you call you can’t talk to anyone that speak good english. I asked to call someone in a warehouse and I get no response. I need my 12 inch dash mount for my Simrad go. I can’t get back out till this is fixed. Mine broke during the big rock blue marlin tournament.

it’s been two weeks and no tracking information or package has been sent. it would’ve great to know where my package is located

Super super super slow shipping. I have yet to receive my item. It's been about a week now if not over. Very disappointed.

Unbelievable price, delivered faster than expected, if/when I need another chartplotter/GPS, I will definitely go through simrad-yachting.com
