Update. I have asked for more revisions as I’m highly unsatisfied and they have stopped responding. Please know that they are lying and they response to me and this is a shady Chinese company that uses cheap AI generated art for profit. Avoid this company at all cost. They are a scam.

It was a stressfull experience. The first few attempts were awful and I am not an artist so I was not sure who to be more specific with revisions. Even the the one I finalized was just okay. Also, the features weren't like the Simpsons. They were poorly drawn, yellow cartoon versions of people.
