My contact person with Bltiz websites was Jason. His team at his direction was able to develop a much more appealing website than I originally thought I could have. The e-commerce was something I never conceptualized. I was only looking for an informational website. With his guidance. I was able to have a website at a local state and national level. The relationship is not over with blitz websites as I continue to grow and develop my business and continually update and improve my presence on the web.

I am currently working on a website with Alex Harper and he is doing a great job. He is always there when I ask and works well with me.

They managed to keep the design clean and modern without sacrificing any of the complex functionality I requested. 👍

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Delays, Broken Promises, and No Resolution

I began working with Blitz in July 2025. As of today, the project is still not completed. Since October 2025, I have repeatedly requested that outstanding items be finished, yet the work remained incomplete.

By March 2026, after months of delays, I asked if we could exchange the unfinished work for other deliverables that would provide value. I also requested a simple video walkthrough so I could complete certain items myself. Neither request was fulfilled.

Throughout this process, I was consistently told that things would be completed “soon,” but deadlines came and went with no delivery. Communication was inconsistent, and follow-through was extremely poor.

I worked directly with Alex, and the experience was challenging. There were multiple inconsistencies, and despite being willing to pay for additional requests, I was told that wasn’t necessary and that everything would be completed. Even as recently as March 2026, Alex personally assured me the remaining work would be finished — yet again, nothing was delivered and communication stopped.

I exercised an exceptional amount of patience over many months, but the repeated promises, lack of completion, and being ignored became unacceptable. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I did not feel valued as a client.

I cannot recommend Blitz based on my experience.

Call me far away from my address registered he didn't want to deliver on time n correct place.. He promised to deliver on next day. After this I was waiting for 3-4 days and try to contact. On 4th day he was saying that he returned my parcel and abused me badly

If you need a site that loads fast and look modern, these are people. My bounce rate has dropped significantly since the new launch.

Finally found a web team that actually listens. They adjusted the layout exactly how I wanted if all the final results is super polished.

The speed of their service is legit. I had a functional prototype of my site within three days and they didn’t cut corners on quality.

This company is a fraud and a scam. They claimed they created the CALM.COM website! That is a bold faced lie that I fell for at first. They also claim they are in Freemont but that is virtual address as I suspect they are out of the country. They always called from random out of state phone numbers. They claimed they could do all my website images, logo, database and design all for $3200 which is super low. They even offered a money back guarantee which I said I could get anytime (yeah right. That was only one of the red flags. The first red flag was all of the super long AI created emails sent to me. When I asked if they were responding with AI they lied and said " No I promise this is not AI this is a real person" lol Yes it was a real person, a real person using AI. I put it through an AI detector and that very email was 81 percent AI. I was very luck to see these reviews on here with over 30 percent of people being scammed by them. From what I have read they may have completed some "landing pages" for a few people and most likely created fake reviews on here. They are really truly a scam DO NOT USE THEM

I’m not a tech person, so I appreciate hoe they explained the hosting and backend stuff without using confusing jargon. Very patient team.

The agent named Terry Maines from this company scammed me this week for $400 for a Wikipedia page. Please do NOT use this company and 360 wiki writers they work together to scam people. I’ve requested a refund I got ghosted.

Working with them was a total breeze. They took my messy sketches and turned them into a professional site that actually works on mobile.
