I had an absolutely amazing experience with Simply Maldives from start to finish. The level of customer service was truly exceptional. Ranjana, who I dealt with predominantly, was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was perfect. She took all the stress out of planning and made us feel valued and cared for throughout the entire process.

The resort she recommended was breathtaking, and every transfer and arrangement was seamless. The attention to detail made this one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. It’s rare to find a travel company that genuinely cares about creating the perfect experience for their customers, but Simply Maldives exceeded all expectations.

I would highly recommend Simply Maldives to anyone looking for a hassle-free holiday with outstanding customer service. Truly a 5-star experience!

This is our second time booking with Simply Maldives and once again it was fantastic. We stayed at the Dhigali resort and Amit was incredibly helpful throughout the process, taking the time to understand exactly what we needed and sharing multiple options before we made a decision. The Simply Maldives YouTube channel was also really useful as we could see the rooms and resort before booking. Dhigali is an amazing resort for young families — there were lots of other young children there, the beach was calm thanks to the wind direction and barriers, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

We were first timers in the Maldives and Amit, with Kalpna, chose the perfect island for us based on what we were looking for - Siyam World.
We've done a few Sandals trips and wanted plenty going on, lots of choice day & night but also peace & quiet when we needed it. Simply Maldives got us the perfect balance - an overwater villa which was in the heart of beach bar / restaurant heaven and with water sport / sunbathing all within 200 metres of our bed!
The Villa was way better than expected - 5* from front door-to-slide into the coral sea. Fully air-con which is essential plus they top up all your in room bar / tea & coffee & snacks every day, whatever you use!!
The Siyam World Island staff were probably the stand out feature of our trip - they have an almost 1 to 1.2 ratio of staff to guest so you are constantly pampered but not interfered with. They were such memorable and sincere people who just want to welcome you to their home for a good time.
My wife had a slipped disc before we travelled so Simply Maldives organised Wheelchair Assistance not only at Heathrow (from taxi drop off to the Gate & bypassing all security queues), but also in Male Velana airport - full wheelchair service to the Sea plane and then from the Sea plane, buggy to the villa door. We would have struggled without this.
We were also given a special "sand mobile" type wheelchair FOC for the whole holiday which we needed and used every day.
This was all down to the influence of Simply Maldives with their partners at Siyam World.
So, we would highly recommend Simply Maldives. Without Simply, our holiday could have been an expensive mistake, given my wife's injury.
However, with Simply, it turned into one of best experiences of our lives and has accelerated my wife's recovery. They cannot heal spinal conditions remotely, but they CAN give you the holiday of a lifetime!

This is our second time using Simply Maldives to book a holiday to the Maldives. On both occasions their service has been outstanding. On this occasion we had booked for an Easter 2026 break. A month before the holiday the war in Iran broke out, we were due to fly via Dubai. Within hours we had a call from Amit at Simply Maldives explaining he had booked and reserved us tickets from an alternate airport but flying direct. As a result of his swift intervention he saved us not only the holiday but got in early enough before the flight price increases started. Simply Maldives go above and beyond what you would expect from a specialist travel agent. Their knowledge of the Islands is second to none and their advice, communication and pricing are brilliant. I highly recommend Simply Maldives and will be booking with them again, huge thanks to Kalpna and Amit!

I can’t praise Amit and Simply Maldives highly enough — his thoughtfulness, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding throughout.
I haven’t used a travel agent in years, as I usually prefer to organise our holidays myself, from flights to accommodation and itineraries. However, with the Maldives being a more specialist destination, I felt it was worth consulting an expert. After months of research, I had already chosen our ideal island, travel dates, and flights — I simply needed a trusted agent to handle the booking and hopefully secure a better deal. During my online and Facebook searches, Amit’s name kept coming up, so I was delighted when he responded to one of my emails.
I especially appreciated Amit’s proactive approach during the uncertainty in the Middle East. Thanks to his quick thinking, we were able to secure alternative flights before prices escalated. This trip was particularly important to us — it was for my husband’s 50th birthday, and after having to cancel our wedding twice due to COVID and finally marrying two years later, I was determined that this holiday would go ahead without further delays.
The level of detail and advice Amit provided was exceptional, including clear, step-by-step guidance for the visa application process, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.
The holiday itself was everything we had hoped for and more — it truly exceeded all expectations. The only downside was having to leave!
Amit even took the time to call us a week or so before departure to check in with us, share our excitement, and see if we needed any last-minute advice or assistance. That personal touch really made a difference.

Amit supported us in booking our dream trip to the Maldives, he listened to what sort of island we wanted and then found us multiple trips to choose from, with his excellent knowledge of each resort we felt we could trust Amit’s recommendations. I used to use a very well know 'high-end- travel agency but they made so many mistakes that resulted in lost money, missed flights, and wrong information used that I decided to book my future holidays myself direct.

This worked for me for many years but on helping book my daughter's honeymoon, I found this company and decided to contact them. I gave them the budget and roughly what they were looking for and Simply Maldives came up with several options.

Not only was their choice spot on, it was actually cheaper than booking direct.

They assisted us all the way through the booking process and kept in contact right up to departure and again upon return.

I loved their professionalism plus their friendly manner so much that I booked my next holiday with them as well and I was not disappointed.

This was our first trip to the Maldives and we were unsure who to book through. After trying a local travel agent we didn’t feel we were getting a good deal and the advice they were giving on the resorts was basically taken from Tripadvisor or we were told to look on Google.

We then came across Simply Maldives from recommendations from the Maldive Holidaymakers Facebook group. We sent in a pricing request for 3 islands and the response we received from Amit and the team was exceptional.

They gave great advice on all 3 islands, took the time to find out what we wanted from the holiday, what was most important to us and guided us accordingly. Nothing was too much trouble and our novice questions were all answered politely and professionally. The booking process was seamless, and we amended flight seating a couple of times and once again this was actioned promptly and efficiently.

We then received lots of really helpful information from Amit a couple of weeks before the trip with lots of do’s and dont’s which was great fully received.
We even had an email from Amit on our return asking if everything was alright with our holiday and resort.

We are already looking at going back to the Maldives and will certainly be booking via Simply Maldives. Amit and the team are exceptional and their customer service is second to none. You won’t be disappointed if you use this company.
