My elderly mom ordered a pulmonary supplement and received 6 bottles of the blood sugar supplements. I called customer service at (877)771-0733. They informed me that they do NOT offer refunds and the best they could do is give me 20%off of my next order... I called back to speak with someone else. This agent told me they do not even carry the lung product. I explained that this is false advertisement. I asked to speak with a supervisor, they said someone would call within 72 hours. This company is a SCAM! Do not order from them....

Total scam ! And cost over 300 bucks. I'm trying to get my money back buy no luck so far. They sent me something not even close to what I ordered! So sick of these scams it makes me reconsider buying online ever again!

I didn't order these Blood Sugar Support supplements. I don't know how they got my credit card Charged me $209.90 Total scam.

I thought I was getting an ED supplement sponsored by Elon Musk and my cost was $23 and when I ordered it sent me to a website for blood sugar supplements for a cost of $265.00 and it was taken out of my account immediately. I called to complain and they reimbursed me for all but $99. They said my supplements were already shipped and I did receive the supplements but they have a 1.6 out of 5 rating. I did contact the BBB and now in the process of reporting this SCAM

I believe this company and the shipment they sent is a total scam. Like another review, it was never ordered. Just showed up. They must have somehow obtained te CC info through other means and bileld and sent Blood Sugar Supplements that were never ordered. Called the bank and disputed the charge. Expecting a refund. Pretty much all you can do. Can't find the omcpany anywhere online and they may and should have been shut down. I hope they can figure out where this company got the information they used to fraudulently send this order.

I demand a refund $198.00. I did not order this CRAP nor would I. Im a healthy person.If you don't refund my money I will go after all of you. I have NO problem doing that.

This product isn’t something I would buy but all of a sudden I get 6 bottles of blood sugar supplements! I too watch a video with another dr and I do not want this order! I don’t have blood sugar problems.! I will cancel my card if you don’t credit my account immediately!!

I watched a program by Elon Musk and Dr. Jill for a product produced by Elon Musk to help cure COPD. When I placed my order for that product several other products popped up with one being Blood Support. I tried to cancel everything but website would not allow me to cancel anything. Next thing I know, I was billed for 5 bottles of Blood Support with reoccuring orders monthly. I called this company and they would not refund my money but gave me a 20% refund and cancelled the reoccuring orders. BEWARE -- THE ELON MUSK ADD IS A SCAM... DO NOT ORDER...

I didn't order from these people, never heard of them either. They somehow got my bank card and charged $248.70 on it. I Did a dispute on 6/3/2026 thru my bank, then 2 days later, this bogus company sent an order to me and now the bank will not help me since I received this order. You fricken Simple supplement people are SOB's, give me my F..ing money back.!! Called the number I found on the internet and of course they don't answer.

Same I was expecting something else declined multiple bottles then got 2 for blood health not even what I watched the ad for. Total rip off there should be ramifications for this type of deceptive business transactions

I have received this product 2 months in a row. Did not ask for a subscription to their product had to cancel my credit card and dispute charge. Who do they think they are?

I ordered one bottle of BLOOD SUGAR at $59.74 and was told I would get one bottle for free. I got charged $119.48 for two bottles and no free bottle. Once I gave them my credit card information, they charged me double and gave no free bottle. WATCH OUT! Pissed Off! Total scam 100% Elon Musk blog I thought it was trustworthy said I could sign up for $23 moved forward then they offered three bottles for $39.95. I filled out my information, the minute I gave them my credit card…. They ran $225 on it. All the reviews are terrible and the website appears to have been shut down ..beware.Pissed off!!!

Same as other customers. First of all, they used an ad for another breathing product endorsed by Elon musk and Dr. Jill. Then when the product part came up, I ordered buy one get one at $49. It automatically charged me for 3 bottles and charged me $154. When I received the order, it was completely different.
They had shipped blood sugar supplements! I am not diabetic! Fake advertisement and fraud. Price charged was more than was quoted. They do not accept returns. I cancelled any future orders. Will never happen again.

Well, I ordered a supplement that simple supplements had advertised. I didn’t get a confirmation for my order which all reputable companies do but I have found out differently. When I received my order it was totally different. Simple supplements charged my card $331.78 when I received my order the packing slip read $239.90 so Florida must be real proud of these rip-offs. I received about $50 worth of supplements so good luck to their next victim!

I went on site they ask for credit card information before you given a price after continuing order process they reveal prices and start adding extra stuff so I closed page and never ordered anything but the sneaks charged me anyway with out my consent
