The front handle on my SF-SPS smart lock stopped returning to level, so I contacted Simpled support. Sabrina was helpful from the first email, asked for what she needed, and arranged a replacement within a few days. It arrived by FedEx and I was kept updated throughout. No hassle and no back and forth, just sorted. Thanks to Sabrina and the team.

We have locks on front and back doors, very impressed with them.

The customer support is second to none.

I just have to comment on the quality of the lock I have just bought. I am massively impressed with how it is made and looks. A real high quality item. And the numerous unlocking options I am still discovering!!

Well done to all the Simpled guys and I hope the effort gone into making such a great product is reflected in it’s longevity.

And to think I very nearly bought the Yale smart lock …….!

Got a Simpled SF SPS lock, worked like a charm but my set had a slight issue. Customer service jumped right on to identify the issue with me and send the part needed to fix it. Great experience so far, lock is working fine again and it's a great thing to have, once you go keyless, you don't go back! Thanks Simpled and thanks to Sabrina for her support all the way!

The products are great, very high spec and work well. I have a Simpled door lock connected to my router via one of the Hubs which I use for my Short Term Let property. This allows me to create custom codes for specific dates/times for guests arriving and means no guest can enter when they are not supposed to and it’s impossible to be locked out as there are no keys to lose!

I can even unlock remotely if needed, and with my finger print when I enter to clean the property. This lock really makes the management of guest entry a breeze, thank you Simpled!

I did contact customer support for an issue I was having and they quickly resolved it to my satisfaction, really looking after their customers with great service and aftercare.

Bought a lock 2 years ago (DFF-SP) and the handle got a bit loose - the UK based support were really helpful and emailed then talked me through fixing it (simple allen key job) even though out of warranty - would buy again...

We've had the Simpled EF Slim lock for about two years now and it's been great.
I fitted it myself which was straightforward.
It's very reliable and convenient.
We especially like being able to share a code when friends come to stay,not having to worry about taking a key when leaving the house is brilliant.
All in all a great product.

Needed to replace a cheap smart handle which had failed and came across Simpled. After doing some research we decided on the EF handle, but were unsure if the provided screws etc would be suitable for our door width. So we dropped an email to the customer service team and they got back quickly with a response and link to what we would need.

We placed our order and it was shipped and arrived promptly.
The quality of the handle is brilliant and the app that you use to control and manage it is great as well.

If you're comfortable with DIY then fitting the handle should be fairly straightforward, if not get someone who can.

Having 2 autistic children these handles with fingerprint lock are more of a must than a want. However the product is absolutely fantastic. They work well, and the after service is top tier. That’s why I kitted out almost the entire house.

I purchased the SF Slim Series lock and was so impressed that I bought a second one for my other property. I’ve now had them for just over two years and have recommended them to friends and family.
Installation was straightforward and I managed it myself without any issues. I recently had a small problem with one of the locks, and the customer support team resolved it excellently.

The product does as described, very easy to set up and very convenient for our short-term let property as it can be accessed remotely.

We have a main door lock in a cottage by the seaside. For whatever reason the fingerprint sensor stopped working and after reporting the issue to the Simpled team they were very quick to resolve the issue and I now have a working lock again.

I installed the lock and a few months in it developed a problem. After a few back and forth with support about various fixes they quickly sent me a replacement part. Very quick and responsive support that really doesn't exist anymore!

Not so good that failed lock already not part of current inventory two years after purchase so having to make door alterations to fit alternative model
Good that replacement was discounted though
Overall it’s a good ecosystem

This is my 7th Simpled lock I have installed in our properties and used them now for 4 years and found them easy to fit, robust and great to use.
