I have opened a law suit up against SCMF with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), to try and get $7300 refunded that I paid for his dodgy course. Seems he has ripped many off. If you need to know anything about his business and get his home address. Go on the ASIC website and type in SCMF PTY LTD with his ACN or ABN. $10AUD fee you can see a lot of information. This business is constantly changing there registered address, principal place of business address (etc) because he is a coward & he steals from us normal people. He can only run & hide for so long. Do not trust his crypto currency crap YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE. He does not teach you like he states, his team is not there for support. You get thrown in the ocean where you are surrounded by sharks. It’s all a bunch of lies. I really wish to run into him one day out on the streets. People like this, need to be taught a lesson about life. He is literally stealing money from hard working Australian's. Most of us are already trying to survive financially. I asked for a refund only a number of days after paying due to a family members health emergency. It took him 4 months to respond. Not to mention the other emails I sent during that time. I told Simon I was not going to be able to commit to the course. And he would not refund me. I did not even open up the BITS GAP ACCELERATOR PROGRAM. Simon is a germ to society and should be put in jail

same niche as a snake oil seller. bogus prerecorded videos with a community chat for that much amount ?. just sweet words trying to bank on our conviction after charging that much? dealt with KVLC a contrast to the facade here. bespoke tech with profits.

However, user feedback suggests significant discrepancies between the marketing claims and actual results.

Lastly the company SCMF PTY LTD owned by Simon McFadden is currently being reported by a large number of participants to all the Australian Government Departments ie Consumer Affairs, Fair Trading as well as the ATO as they do not issue a tax invoice that should show GST component.

Through advertisements of Simon Mc Fayden I have been introduced with the Bitsgap Accelerator program. He promises passive income returns of 5% per month and above by using Bitsgap crypto bots, following their system and guidance.

In the advertisements and course it is neglected that your initial investment can and will drop with 60% to sometimes over 90% of its value. In stead they advise to only focus on the monthly bot returns.

The promised returns as a continuous passive income are unrealistic as the investment ranges are not always covering these price drops. This can result in months of no income until the price of the coin will rise back into these ranges. The widest range possible will not return the promised 5%.

There is also a risk of the invested coins being delisted on an exchange. This has happened to me and I lost 70% of my investment. No warning for this possibility in the course.

The promise was that I could make money with little to no knowledge of the crypto markets. After joining the program I found that it was all " Do your own research". It actually involves having to understand a lot about these coins.

After 6 months in, I still had a considerable loss on my initial investment, including the course fee and Bitsgap subscription fees.
When I raised my disappointment and concern on the matter in the community, my post was removed. I then was personally contacted and pointed to a "new" strategy.

Conclusion: The program does not deliver what it promises. Your investment value is guaranteed to drop significantly, and you will have to wait until the bots actually earn back your loss in investment. This may happen over a longer period of time, but can be compromised by delisting or the market dropping out of range ( likely in volatile markets). Definitely no guarantee of a continuous monthly passive income of 5% and over.

In stead of a passive income investment that needs little to no attention (as promoted), I have had a hands on negative experience and loss of investment.

Simon is selling a course called Bitsgap Accelerator with the promise of making 5%-25% on a single bot passively which couldn't be further from the truth.

After a sales call with a bunch of promises you are sold a course for $7500 and placed into a Skool community where you can learn from the lessons that have been recorded.

For someone with crypto experience this is ok, but for someone with no crypto experience you are left to work it out yourself and hope that a kind member of the community would help you.

Fortunately I knew a bit about crypto so was happy to help others until I realised Simon was no where to be found and hours of my own time, along with others was being used to do what Simon promised in his sales pitch, and that was support!

6 months on from sign up and $7500 out of pocket and I still haven't made any money as Simon's claims of making money in a bear, bull and sideways market are not true and a number of his community members are furious after still chasing their $7500 invsestment, let alone a profit.

Unfortunately what Simon doesn't tell you is to make good returns you need to invest in highly volatile sh1tcoins as they are refered to in the industry because they are literally meme coins and stupid things with no real value or purpose. Consequently as the market tanks your bots buy up all the crypto that is going down in value and your inital investment into the bots starts losing 30,40,50% + as we all know how volatile crypto is.

So yeah, his idea is slightly correct, you might make 5% a month but you're now making it on your $500 chasing the other $500 you've just lost in the value of the bot.

I was recently removed from the community for pointing out that simply buying and holding a crypto will generate much better returns than running bots on USDT trading pairs. Obviously Simon doesn't want his novice investors knowing this, so without warning I am no longer able to access any of his course or materials I paid $7500 for as he said I violated my NDA. Telling the truth is not violating an NDA it is saving people from being scammed like we all have been.

Just be careful people, as the saying goes, if it is too good to be true it most likely is.
