Very disappointing service. I first purchased 5GB, which finished extremely quickly, so I topped up with another 10GB. With my first purchase, I received a message warning me when I only had 20% of my data remaining, but with the second 10GB purchase, I received no warning or message at all.

My internet suddenly stopped working, and I haven’t received any message saying that my data has finished. I also find it impossible to believe that I used 10GB in less than two days, especially because whenever I’m at the hotel, I use the hotel’s Wi-Fi instead of my mobile data.

It’s very frustrating to pay for 10GB and have it disappear so quickly without any explanation or warning. I don’t even know whether I still have data remaining or if the service simply isn’t working properly. Very disappointing experience.

Moving between different countries during remote work trips usually involves constantly searching for local store SIM cards or risking exorbitant carrier bills. Using this eSIM platform allowed me to purchase cross-border data plans that activate immediately via QR code scanning. The connection quality remained stable across high-speed 4G and 5G networks, allowing uninterrupted video calls while working remotely. Managing plan extensions directly through the web portal made itinerary adjustments entirely stress-free.

It did exactly as it was supposed. I bought it for Tanzania so saved plenty on roaming charges.

Extremely disappointing service

I strongly regret choosing Simbye for my trip to Albania and Montenegro.

I purchased a Simbye eSIM for a 7-day trip and paid more than I would have paid for several alternative providers because I expected a reliable service.

Unfortunately, the eSIM worked properly for only a few hours during the entire trip. For most of the 7 days, I had little or no usable internet connection. This made it extremely difficult to use navigation, communicate, check travel information, and manage basic things while travelling.

The biggest problem is that the service I actually paid for was simply not available when I needed it. Paying for a 7-day data package and being able to use it for only a few hours is completely unacceptable from a customer's perspective.

I chose Simbye over cheaper alternatives and ended up paying more for a service that was largely unusable. The money I spent on the eSIM was essentially wasted.

I have contacted Simbye regarding this issue and requested a refund. I hope they take the complaint seriously and provide a fair resolution.

Based on my personal experience, I would not choose Simbye again for an international trip. If reliable internet access is important to you while travelling, I would strongly recommend researching alternative providers before purchasing.

I bought esim from them after i land in turkey there was no internet at all, i contacted them and they never answered, this is a scam avoid this company

Einfache Installation und günstige eSIM für die USA. Der Service war auch schnell, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend, nachdem die eSIM mit USA-Tel-Nr. abgelaufen war (eSIM mit Telefonnummer wird sofort aktiviert; war nicht eindeutig gekennzeichnet). Unterwegs noch eine eSIM für Kanada gekauft. Gerne wieder.

The discount code i got in the email for the next purchase didn’t work unfortunately. Not sure why

I downloaded the e sim by Simbye and made payment. I chatted and was offered a 20% discount. So I was happy with further discount.

Isabel helped me and assured me how to safely add discount code and a straightforward purchase was made, but I was disappointed that I couldn't download anything once turned off the WiFi.

So I went back to chat and asked Isabel and she said to take a screenshot of my settings. I went back to discover that I had not turned off roaming to access the e sim. So after turning it off and went back to YouTube and discovered everything was working fine!

I went back and expected the chat to be have closed as I was working and testing for myself. However I was very touched that Isabel was still waiting patiently for me to send her a screenshot to help me further. I told her that I discovered the mistake and very impressed at the quick connection. She asked if I needed further help and unlike other chats I have used the service providers turn off the chat without even saying goodbye.

I love the Turkish people and I have lots of prayers for Isabel for making my purchase and problem solving fiest thing in the morning. May Allah (swt) bless her and make her successful for everything she does.. Ellahi Ameen🤲🏻🤲🏻🤲🏻 Thanks to her very kind manner and patience, I can now use Google maps, get a taxi and be in connection with my family for the time I am in Turkey.

Z początku miałam problem z połączeniem Sim w Szwajcarii, ale uważnie przeczytałam wskazówki zawarte na aplikacji i udało mi się połączyć z siecią w Szwajcarii. Zasięg sieci był stabilny. Będę korzystać z e-sim na wyjazdach poza UE.

Für Motorradreise über den Balkan eine Sim selbst zusammengestellt. Installation total einfach und auch bei jedem Länderwechsel gab es nie Probleme mit dem Internet. Werde ich im nächsten Urlaub definitiv wieder nutzen. Und: benutzt den Werbecode für Freunde, damit sparen alle! Sehr gut.

Ich hatte früher Holafly, diesmal Simbye, weil ich ein eigenes Paket bauen wollte. Das build-your-own eSIM plan Feature ist spannend, wenn man mehrere Länder kombiniert. Preislich fand ich es fair.

In Bangkok habe ich die eSIM direkt am Flughafen aktiviert. Der QR-Code kam sofort und die Geschwindigkeit war besser als bei meinem Hotel-WLAN. Für mich eine der besseren internationalen eSIMs.
