Excellent customer service.
I received a "Supercar Experience" voucher as a gift last year. I wasn't able to book last year and had forgotten I had the voucher. When I remembered a couple of weeks ago I checked and found it expired in June - 6 weeks away. I looked at the available dates before the voucher expired and could not make any of them. I contacted the team at Silverstone to see if it could be extended. I had a reply from Eryn within 30 minutes saying that whilst it could not be extended, if I booked my Experience before the voucher expired, I could select any of the dates up until November. I have now booked for September and I am looking forward to it. Thanks to Eryn for letting me know this and replying so promptly.

I am an SRC member and wanted to book Karting for my Grandson. The booking system would not accept my password even though I went through re-setting my password many times. I emailed and a lady called Eryn emailed me back very quickly, 6 emails later and was sorted. The level of service I received was as good as I have ever had. I must praise Eryn for her understanding and patience in. the matter. She was outstanding.

When you intend not to give any support or alternatives to the cancelled kart session you should stop sending these stupid requests for a review. Now you have received 2 times 1 star. If I were you and cancelled kart sessions for clients I would offer them some discount for the museum or the driving simulators. Some kind of compensation would be the right move in a situation like this. Happy clients give you more than 1 star.

As booking insurance was taken out through our insurance provider, any refund requests need to be reviewed directly by them to determine whether the reason for non‑attendance is covered under the policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to complete this process from our side.

Sent an email to the information address about the an event at the F1. A girl called Lucy replied straight away with helpful answers and even managed to sort a refund as i had booked the wrong day.

The staff member that responded to my query, had looked up my ticket details so her response was specific to me, she was able to offer advice on other issues for me, again tailored to my needs (disabled). Really poor experience- no accessibility support
Really poor experience, looking for support at the Grand Prix and was told there was no accessibility available when pregnant. Was told instead to bring my own chair. Very dismissive and a complete lack of support. No confidence in the safety or understanding of having females attend the event.
