Customer service was great
Customer service is great. It was nicely packaged in a beautiful box. Communication is great, but the item was not something I had expected. It wasn’t clear to see my dog’s face. The key chain was simply too dark to identify my dog’s face. I will not buy their products again.

Texted the company because they hadn't moved for a few days and they followed up within an hour with an estimated delivery date and a status update that wasn't available online through the shippers portal. Arrived by the delivery date and the product looks great.

Received the items and they were supposed to be engraved and they weren’t. I was sick with the flu so I just sent today an email along with the pictures of it not being engraved. We had just lost our German Shepherd dog so this was very disappointing. I am waiting for a response from your team.

Unfortunately, we’re only able to produce orders exactly as the details come through, and since the text engraving was not opted for at checkout, it wasn’t added to the pendants.
