Silvaback Fitness Arvostelua 

Silvan tårnby. Det var da en virkelig sørgelig oplevelse i Silvan kirstinehøj. Jeg skulle købe en julegave, hvor til jeg havde nogle gavekort jeg kunne bruge. For det første havde de sat en ung dreng i kassen, som dårlig nok kendte kassesystemet. Den høflige unge herre spørger 2 kollegaer om hjælp, men han fik ingen respons. Hvortil han spørger 4-5 gange om hjælp over radioen, der kommer intet hjælp. Det er en oplevelse der tog 20 - 30 min. Vi endte med at få afvide at deres gavekort system ikke virkede og der var ikke noget de kunne gøre. Det er under alt kritik at vi skal vente så lang tid og den unge herre ingen hjælp kan få og nærmest alle kollagaer bare ignorere ham når han spørger om hjælp.

Great fun. A good workout. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was put at ease straight away. A good group of people and a great service.

I can highly recommend Silvaback fitness. As someone who enjoys going to the gym on a regular basis, this has given me the chance to continue working out during the lockdown.

They offer a variety of classes (HIITS, Yoga, Pilates, Bootcamp, Kettlecise) for all abilities with experienced instructors. It’s great to be able to work out from the comfort of your own home whether it’s for the pre-recorded or live workouts. Live workouts are great for those who enjoy the motivation of an instructor or working out with others. The instructors are all so friendly and able to motivate or correct techniques during these sessions. As well as the live workouts there are various pre-recorded workouts (of various difficulty levels) to workout whenever’s convenient for yourself.

Not only was I able to work out, I was able to get the whole family involved too which makes it great fun and value for money. They also have the added bonus of healthy recipes too which have come in handy during lockdown.

I can’t thank the Silvaback Fitness team enough for keeping me motivated, fit and healthy during these difficult times.

As a parents finding time is hard so this is perfect for me. Great workouts that really push you.

Silverback fitness is a brilliant new app with great workout plans and amazing food recipes. With the recent pandemic stay at home workouts have been essential. With a great workout community. Can’t say a bad word and the whole set up.

So great to have the flexibility of logging on and off to what is an excellent product. The plus side is it’s making me healthier and happier, which couldn’t be more priceless!

I booked 10 sessions with gene to help strengthen my core and leg muscles after a recent hip replacement.

Physio had onky done so much and I wanted.to carry on improving.

Gene was great. Very knowledgeable on the areas that needed converting and also pushed me further than I would on my own.

As a relatively new gym-goer I was looking for a PT who would help me get to the grips with the basics... I ended up training with Gene for over a year and he helped me in so many ways. No only did he help get me through my first marathon but also gave me the confidence to get in the gym by myself and not be scared of resistance training.
